Super dirty room. Maybe that’s why it’s cheap. Requested for cancellation but was refused. Location is near nowhere. Refer to pictures.

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of nearby amenities, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers. The staff was very friendly, especially Cynthia, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Her professionalism and warmth truly stood out, making my experience at the hotel even more enjoyable. The room was impressively comfortable, with a soft bed that provided an excellent sleep environment. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, the air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to allow temperature control, possibly due to a malfunction. While the room temperature was manageable, it would be better if the air conditioner could be fixed to allow future guests more control over their room’s climate. Secondly, the bathroom lacked a water hose, making it somewhat inconvenient to wash my feet. Adding this facility would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, Beverly Hotel Batam is a highly recommended place to stay. Despite a few minor issues, they don’t overshadow the overall experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel in Batam, this is a great choice. A special thanks to Cynthia for her exceptional service!

The hotel is quite cosy with comfortable bed. However the location can be a bit far from the malls. The hotel has smoke smell even though im on a non smoking floor. Nevertheless it is near a very homely coffee stand by the road. Overall its an acceptable experience.

Hotel is clean, easy access, breakfast was nice, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Very creative of housekeeping too!

Check in staff were polite and allowed us to place luggage prior to check in and after check out. Location was centrally located between nagoya and bcs mall. Hotel is well maintained. Breakfast was good. Wifi strong. Only issue was showerhead is quite low, fixed and cannot be adjusted. It was a pleasant stay.

Hotel was just average standard. Location quite off Central Nagoya area. Not within walking distance to anywhere. Go everywhere must call Grab drive service. Was given a room opposite the lift! So distracting with all the lift movement throughout. Breakfast selection and varieties average only. Not impressed.

The room has a bathtub, which my husband and I love. However, it would be great to have a shower handle as well, if that can be improved. The location is also quite strategic, making it easy to get a Grab to go around.

Terrible experience with 🪳 around the room. Caught 5 cockroaches upon checked in. Called thebrecept for change of room the first time they told me they will check and hung up. Called the second time with the same response. Called the third time they refused to pick up. Called the fourth time and told them to let us know if the request for change of room is not possible so that we won't need to wait for nothing as it is pretty late and past 10pm, and still we are given the same reply, "we will check" and they mia. Asked for a non-smoking room but the corridor is full of cigarette smell coming from other rooms. The facilities are very old. The towels are very smelly and looks like it has been used for the longest time. There isn't any nearby amenities within walking distance. Not advisable to stay here.
