We often stayed in iHotel Baloi. This round tot to try out Artotel due to many good reviews and lower price. Indeed is Nice, new clean hotel. Spacious room and very good customer services. But breakfast is below standard. Food are cold even on warmer, scrambled egg, sunny side up all must request and was not informed is available until we request. Food are not tasty compare to Ihotel.

Siamo una famiglia di 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini di età 11 e 12 anni) e abbiamo chiesto una camera di connessione, ma siamo così sorpresi che l'hotel abbia solo 2 camere di connessione che si trovano a livello non fumatori e a livello fumatori. Abbiamo soggiornato 4D3N e dobbiamo separare i bambini che dormono tra noi. In primo luogo, ci hanno mandato al livello 5, la finestra che si trova di fronte all'edificio dell'hotel sembrava vuota e correva, così spaventoso, così li ho chiesto di cambiare per noi, Fortunatamente, hanno ancora spazio per noi al livello 3 di fronte alla strada.
Il cibo era tutto a posto per me e la famiglia, ogni giorno diversi tipi di cibo, ma non molte scelte occidentali.
La stanza era spazio e ha un odore, forse il profumo del tessuto, ma tuttora accettabile.
Il servizio era buono. chiedere un piatto extra, rubinare plastica, pulire la stanza cambiando il letto, ecc.
La posizione si trova a piedi lontano dal centro commerciale di Nagoya Hill. Prendete il centro commerciale BCC, il centro commerciale Mega, in prossimità. Grab/gojek è così veloce e facile a Batam.
È una buona esperienza per noi.Dopo tutto, abbiamo divertito a Batam.

Pros: area strategica, nel mezzo di 2 negozi e vicino a A2 cortile alimentare. Personale amichevole. Camera pulita. Attrezzature di base fornite.
Cons: nessun mini frigo in camera superiore.Durante la notte, si può sentire un po'di rumore e cantare dalla strada, ma portatile. Le toletta fornite dall'hotel sembrano vecchie.
Il pranzo era mediocre e non valeva la pena. Il riso era morbido e duro. Il cibo ci ha voluto molto tempo per riempire le tasche vuote in entrambi i giorni della settimana.
In generale, è stato un soggiorno soddisfatto.Tornerà per la sua posizione strategica, ma non per il colazione.

Service and hospitality was really great! Greeted and welcome my family upon arriving. They offered to carry our luggages from the car's bonnet and offered us drinks while waiting for check-in.
Check-in took us around 10mins. The receptionist informed us about the hotel and room, and answered all of our questions. She also recommend to book a massage from the hotel to get 20% off the price since my mother wants to get a massage.
My family booked the 2 bedroom premium suite. The room was very spacious and very clean. What i really love about the room was the charging port. They included type-c and usb!
Swimming pool was spacious but we didn't bring any swimsuit to change 🥲. My brother went to the gym. The space was small and limited.
Everything was great but the only downside was the breakfast. It doesn't really have a variety of choices. The service was slow. We had to wait 20mins for them to refill the hashbrowns and the chickens. Some tasted really nice but others were so-so. The plates wasn't cleared until we left. I feel like it's not worth my money to spend on breakfast here.
Overall, it was a great stay. Really recommend to stay here as it's really convenient. I would stay here again, but not with the breakfast.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione confortevole con molte attrazioni vicine, rendendolo ideale per turisti e viaggiatori di business. Il suo professionalismo e il suo calore sono stati davvero esaltati, rendendo la mia esperienza all'hotel ancora più piacevole.
La camera era molto confortevole, con un letto morbido che forniva un ambiente di sonno eccellente, ma ci sono alcune aree che potrebbero essere migliorate. In primo luogo, il condizionamento dell’aria nella stanza non sembrava permettere il controllo della temperatura, forse a causa di un malfunzionamento. Mentre la temperatura della stanza era gestibile, sarebbe meglio se il condizionatore d'aria potesse essere fissato per consentire ai futuri ospiti di controllare più il clima della stanza.
In secondo luogo, il bagno non aveva una tubatura d’acqua, rendendo un po’ scomodo lavarmi i piedi. Aggiungere questo impianto migliorerebbe notevolmente l’esperienza degli ospiti.
In generale, Beverly Hotel Batam è un luogo molto raccomandato per soggiornare. Nonostante alcuni problemi minori, non ocultano l'esperienza complessiva. Se stai cercando un hotel confortevole e conveniente a Batam, questa è una grande scelta. Un ringraziamento speciale a Cynthia per il suo eccezionale servizio!

Tutto è giusto, il prezzo, la posizione, spaziosa camera e bfast è sorprendente (eccetto lonlong saur. .lonlong è buono..ma la zuppa.. troppo salino n troppo acqua ...pls fix ^^ ( dovrebbe essere curioso quando il qty è ancora molto mentre gli altri menu r mantenuto essere riempiti), pulizia 👍 Tuttavia la carta d'accesso sta uccidendo..Solo uno, abbiamo viaggiato come famiglia.. quindi quando uno di noi era fuori dalla stanza a notte o colazione, qualunque cosa.. uno di noi deve stare in attesa.. Non poteva dormire in tempo, e il tempo è stato speso in bagno o in bagno per aprire la porta al nostro membro di Fam. Non efficaci.. anche se volevo depositare per una carta aggiuntiva, il desk front respinge bcos di regola d casa.

Nice hotel and friendly customer service. Breakfast so good with a lot of varieties. Grab are so much easier and fast. Can short cut to Nagoya but the slope staircase not convenient but you can also go short cut by the road side very near. During CNY we received orange and packet ang pow with notes and token $$ for luck.

Aston Batam Hotel & Residence ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno! La stanza era pulita e confortevole, e anche con bagno, e il personale era amichevole e utile. La posizione dell'hotel è la migliore per camminare, che rende super facile per arrivare. Ho decisamente raccomandato questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno conveniente e piacevole.

AArnie TaufikLocalizzazione, naturalmente! - di solito completamente prenotato e può essere un po 'prezioso, ma fortunatamente, siamo in grado di garantire una stanza durante la settimana di Natale.
Ho deciso di prenotare lo stesso hotel che ho soggiornato due anni fa a causa della sua posizione migliore proprio al contrario di Batam Grand Mall. Facile da camminare indietro dopo un ritardo 🎬.
Inoltre, passeggiando a piedi verso il mio FAV SPA (Eska) e un altro centro commerciale (centro DC).
La prossima volta torneremo!

MMaurice@707La posizione dell'hotel è buona con molte attrazioni e cibo intorno.. è molto vicino al centro commerciale Nagoya. Il colazione dell'hotel ha bisogno di miglioramento. Le varietà sono piccole e alcune sono fredde.
È molto rumoroso al mattino se resti a basso livello. Circa le 8:00, è molto occupato e rumoroso in basso. Può disturbare il sonno al mattino... o anche il resto del giorno.. In generale, il soggiorno è ancora abbastanza buono.non un super buono ma ancora accettabile con l'importo pagato.

The staff are all so helpful, cheerful, the front desk staff are so helpful and cheerful too as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff. It make the customer so welcome. However the towel must change it kind of dirty n black already but overall with the good attitude n happy spirit from the staff it make the guests stay enjoyable n happy.

AAkam TomHotel within distance of locations. A clean and nice hotel. Although small in size. Can walk anywhere within 10 min. Shopping, Wet Market, Coffeeshop. Cafe , foodcourts and Restaurant. All only if you know the exact location. No need transport. Thank. Next trip come back will be this hotel.

Staffs are helpful.
Bad point is curtains,mattress, pillow,towels are old and dirty.
Need to change it immediately.
