Hotel con colazione inclusa a Nagoya

Booked 3X Executive rooms reached early at around 9-10am but was given only one room for our luggages and told us only able to check in at 2pm so we went to shop and return only at 7pm to check in the remaining 2 rooms and to found out that the initial corner room given to us earlier on was having eerie vibes and so we went for a change of room but was told rooms fully booked on the same floor but after overheard the conversation from other hotel guest who came to check in found out that there are 2 remaining rooms left so we ask the receptionist again and got our initial room changed but we found out another problem whereas the Room type given after change and before change are also of the wrong room type deluxe room instead of Executive rooms as there is huge size difference in the room compared to the other 2 rooms.

La prima impressione era deludente. La ricezione non sapeva come salutarci, ci trattava come un cestino solo perché indossavamo una maglietta e una maglietta. Io gli ho dato il mio deposito e la mia carta d’identità, l’ha messo via per circa 5 minuti finché non l’ha presa in modo improprio. Non è un standard di ospite.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 3 persone, daranno 4 asciugamani, ma solo 2 acqua minerale e 2 scarpe. La stanza era molto sporca, molti capelli sul pavimento, trovato una carta ricevuta da un ospite precedente sotto la tavola laterale, ALOT di capelli all'interno del mini bar!! E il bagno, sembra che non abbia chiarito bene molto tempo fa, il pavimento era sporco, l'acqua è sincronizzata anche. Il flusso di toletta non funziona, dobbiamo ripararlo da soli. Il secco per capelli lavora solo per circa 3 minuti e poi si sposta e dobbiamo aspettare un po' finche' non può essere ripristinato. Preferiamo non essere forniti, ma tutto il posto è pulito. Il ristorante era abbastanza buono, il cibo era buono, il servizio era buono, solo la pulizia è necessaria per migliorare.

L'hotel è strategicamente situato, proprio al di là del Grand Batam Mall, c'è Circle K vicino alla porta e l'IndoMart vicino. Camminare a Batam City Square e A2 Foodcourt. Il personale frontale è utile e amichevole. È anche riservato un parcheggio proprio davanti alla porta principale (se si guida). La stanza è un po' piccola, ma funziona bene se siete solo lì per dormire, la roba sonora è cattiva, si può sentire la gente camminare e parlare fuori. L'unico cons è il bagno, è ben indossato, le tessere gialle e l'armadio è tutto grigio. Ma per il prezzo che hai pagato, dovrai ridurre le vostre aspettative.

This is a cheap and good hotel located next to the market and within walking distance of Batam Grand Mall and BCS Mall. The area is surrounded by massage parlors and eateries, with the A2 food court open until 3 AM. The market is bustling in the morning, offering plenty of food options. I would rate the hotel 9/10. There’s karaoke and in-house massage services available. The breakfast is outstanding and delicious, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with an average budget.

Overall the premise is on average. A few things that I think can be improve: Unpleasant Smoking Smell: Unfortunately, the entire premise, including the room, was filled with a strong smoking odor. This was quite disappointing as I expected the fresh and clean scent that is typical of most hotels. Even after some time, the smell did not subside, which affected the overall experience. Bed Sheet Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which further added to the discomfort. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and this fell below the standard

Valore per soldi. Vicino ai negozi, A2 Corte alimentare, mercato bagnato e negozi locali. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto utile e amichevole. La camera e le strutture dell'hotel sono come quello che è stato annunciato o nel sito web dell'hotel. È abbastanza comodo se avete bisogno di un posto per dormire con condimento, WC, tavolo vanità, asciugacapelli, asciugamani, sedia, due pendenti per le camere standard. Puoi aggiornare una stanza più grande se si prepara a avere un mini bar o una piccola tavola e lo spazio è molto più grande. Non ci sono spazzole o pasta dentale nel bagno. During my recent four-day, three-night stay at The BCC Hotel & Residence, I found myself reflecting on a mixed bag of experiences. The hotel itself shows its age, with visible wear and tear on the facilities. We experienced significant inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning elevator, leading to extended waiting times to get to our floor. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best on the first day, though, fortunately, this issue did not persist. Cleanliness fell below expectations. I discovered unremovable stains on the provided towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. A roach incident within the room was unsettling, to say the least. These hygiene issues might be particularly concerning if you prioritize cleanliness. Facility-wise, the aging infrastructure could benefit from a thorough renovation. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the overall ambiance and amenities felt more akin to a 3-star establishment. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options. The quality of the food was average, with some dishes leaning towards the salty side. Nothing was particularly impressive or offensive. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest attributes. Its prime positioning provides excellent convenience for travelers, making exploration of the area effortless. Additionally, the accommodation cost is quite affordable, a favorable factor for budget-conscious guests. In conclusion, while The BCC Hotel & Residence provides value in terms of location and price, there are marked areas for improvement. A committed effort to enhance hygiene and update facilities could elevate the guest experience to match its 4-star rating.

Have a pleasant stay at Swiss berlinn hotel, the location is super awesome, left side left than 5mins to grand batam, infront sushi tei n bcs and cafe. The staff are all so helpful, cheerful, the front desk staff are so helpful and cheerful too as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff. It make the customer so welcome. However the towel must change it kind of dirty n black already but overall with the good attitude n happy spirit from the staff it make the guests stay enjoyable n happy.
