Hotel Udupi International

My key was broken while opening the door so when I asked the reserve key at the reception there was one guy sitting he was blank he doesn't know any thing he said I don't have the key the key is with accounts department I can't help you its your problem I can't share you another room you go away this guy is very pathetic and he started arguing with us instead of giving a solution I don't know why this hotel owner keep such kind of people who are good for nothing finally after arguing for 20 min he called a guy who understand the situation and provided us a different room. Very Very bad experience.

It was a nice & descent place to stay near nagarcoil. The staffs were so polite and approchable. The rooms are neat, but the toilet fecilities could have been better if i would suggest something. But it is also neat and hygiene one. The attractive part is the food available at the resstaurant itself. It was so delecious. Vegetarian food with soo taste and the sweets are really yumm & amazing. We definietly suggest this place for a descent stay.

Unfriended staff slow service at restaurant very obviously biased towards non south indians person at front desk on check out time very rude no policy of customer care

Room service was very poor,restaurant service also very poor.Table service persons doesnot have manners to serve food to the ordered persons. Just kept in the table and Go away. This give us a very unpleasant feel.And this experience si not at all expected from such kind of Hotels.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite most of the rooms being empty, they provided subpar accommodations because my booking was made through MakeMyTrip. When I asked for a better room, their response was, 'This is what you get if you book via MakeMyTrip.' They even suggested calling them directly for decent rooms. This discriminatory treatment is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re booking through a third-party platform.
