Very comfortable beds. Good location. Helpful staff. Bus and tram stop nearby. Clean and good amenities for bathing, including bath bomb.

Quite a bit of walk from train station. Relatively spacious for a Japanese hotel. Coins to be used at the vending machine in lobby to choose drink of choice, this is a great idea.

The Staff are very welcoming with a vast knowledge of the local area and afar. Very friendly people. The hotel is minutes from the harbour next to a shopping mall which houses a food court in the basement with international foods as well as traditional local fayre.  Next to the hotel is a Napalise Restaurant and a 7/11 supermarket.  The rooms are spacious enough for a single traveller with the usual amenities such as free drinking water, hairdryer, shower, clothing care products and for the first time ever I got a Bath-Bomb each day for the very deep bath-tub! There are laundry machines on each floor which you enter your own made-up Personal Identification Number (PIN) 4 digits so that only you can open the machine, they take two hours for an average wash and dry for 600 Y. I'd stay again without a doubt!!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped to extend our stay when our plans changed. The room was clean, best very comfortable, and powerful shower. Room service was excellent, even the room is cleaned after we leave quite late one day. We did not try the breakfast but they have free coffee and tea packets in the reception and coffee is very good. Most important of all for me, the sound isolation between rooms must be good because we never hear anyone next door.

Room is good.like that the hand wash is separate from the bathtub. Quite spacious for Japan hotels. Staff are very helpful - I did not have an adapter so they help lend me one. Within walkable distance to the train and main bus station. There is a Yume mall within 10mims walk. If you like, you can walk to alot of the sights

Within walking distance to the shopping mall. The room is small but clean. Surrounding is quiet but there is no parking lot attached to the hotel.

很不錯，定的豪華雙床，很乾凈，廁所浴室乾濕分離，前台送了兩個代幣可以換飲料，離長崎站很近 走路十分鐘 嫌遠可以去附近的有軌電車坐一站就到了。長崎也是很安靜的小城市 天氣好的時候很安逸。

酒店房間有驚喜。清潔乾淨和好新的感覺。 好舒服地住一晚。停車場在酒店後面。當不明白問如何停車場卡轉免費，店員非常有耐性解釋我哋知。 如再有機會來長崎，一定會再光顧👍🏼

Отель хороший, 10 мин. пешком до ст. Нагасаки, симпатичный номер, разве что маловат. Туалет и ванная с душем в отдельных комнатках. Нам показалось, или для постояльцев зонты предлагались за плату в 500 йен? Ещё осторожней, попомойка облила мне всю спину почему-то. В остальном всё прошло хорошо, персонал отзывчивый, в отеле чисто, шум не беспокоил, кровати удобные. Рекомендую.

還是挺乾淨，就是周邊沒啥吃的。離火車站和景區都有點距離，距離港口不遠。房間窗口可以打開透氣，不對着馬路挺好。
