This is a truly authentic experience! Cosy, with traditional furniture and bed, whilst still offering very comfortable options it's the best of both worlds. Plus, the view is among the best in town and the breakfast is authentic and charming. It was a beautiful experience to say here and the fact the hosts did not speak English actually added to the experience. I'd be sure to visit again next time I'm in Nagano.

1:為什麼攜程會和這樣的差到離譜酒店和合作，我難以置信。
2:我們四大三小入住，定了兩個房間。房間暖氣完全不制熱，半夜給凍醒了，酒店給了加熱爐用的汽油，打開暖氣爐味道特別大，味道沒法入睡，不打開冷的要死。到退房的時候，一個房間一個晚上收我們4000JPY 使用費，人民幣200塊。簡直無法理解。
3:關於酒店位置，特別特別特別特別特別遠，距離車站公交車40分鐘，打車也需要15-20分鐘，打車費用人民幣110塊。明明酒店有車就是不送我們到車站。
4:關於早餐，880一晚的早餐，全都是冷的食物，唯一熱的就是那晚味增湯，還是半熱。小孩給了一晚味增湯，收費110塊人民幣。自己體會下。
5:酒店的衞生問題，到日本出差加上旅行，起碼去了20次左右，從來沒有碰到過如此差勁的衞生。給我的暖氣爐全都是灰塵，也不給晚擦擦。入住酒店需要脱鞋，服務人員一個高高在上的態度，讓我們自己放鞋櫃，反正就是啥也不幹。
6:入住第一晚由於周圍啥也沒有 就讓酒店準備了一個晚餐，居然就是一個火鍋，裏面的雞肉和牛肉全都是冷凍就不説了。定的四個大人的份，最後收費26000JPY，人民幣1400塊。現在真的後悔應該拍照給大家觀摩下，他明明可以去搶錢。
7:由於小孩12/29發燒40度還有點驚厥，趕緊打救護車去醫院，後面幾天小孩狀態並不太好，1/1號本來入住的，當天一直觀察小孩狀態，還是不太好，讓攜程去溝通取消無果，酒店居然也不給取消，當晚不取消就算了，居然後麪第二三晚也不取消。沒有辦法衹能硬着去住了兩晚。 出門在外帶着小孩説還沒意外，攜程還讓提供什麼關係證明，讓醫生開休假證明。我想説 我們去醫院也沒想着一直不好轉，誰還留意讓開這些證明。其次日本酒店大部分很人性化，如果説小孩發燒或者大人生病什麼的，基本都是給取消，唯獨這個酒店。
8:最後下午四點聯繫攜程一直到第二天中午才答覆我，問啥都是需要去問代理，你自己不就是代理嗎。使用攜程十年有餘，遇到問題需要攜程協助溝通解決的時候，都是拖着各種官方話，沒有實質性的回覆內容。
9:攜程作為酒店和消費者的中間角色，你們在挑選酒店雖然會分等次，但是這嚰差勁的酒店還能合作，你們怎麼入選的系統的。

この宿のせいで非常に不快な旅となりました。楽しいはずの旅行は台無し、通された客室のエアコンが斜めに取りつてけてあり落ちないかと不安
冷蔵庫は置いてあってもコンセントが無い使用できず。
2人で利用なのに掛け布団は一つ足りず、トイレットペーパーも前に利用した方の残り少ないものがつけっぱなし
不潔極まりない。
浴場は換気扇が壊れているのか機能せず、天井から冷たい結露がポタポタと落ちてくる。
温泉は朝は使用できないので部屋のユニットバスを使って欲しいと言われ、10時以降じっとしていました。
客室以外、暖房と電気はオフ
用事があっても部屋からフロントに繋がるツールが無い
電話がないんです。仕方なくフロントに出向いても真っ暗、全て電気を消している。声をかけても全く応答なし
廊下には雑に重ね置かれたフィンヒーターがある、危険。
夕食、朝食も誰が用意したのか献立内容がチグハグ、品数も少ない。味もさっぱりでほとんど残しました。
チェックアウトの時は呼び鈴を押しても返事がなく、振り向いたらすぐ横のガラス戸の部屋で居眠りしてる。
トリップさんからの予約が理解できていないようなので正規の料金を支払いました。とどめは明細の中に、コタツ代？の料金請求をされました。聞いてないけど。非常口の説明もなかったよねー、お金返せ〜と連れの友人と帰路はそんな話ばかりでした。今までで一番の体験でした。地元の婦人会への土産話にもならないのでもう2度と予約はしません。
