Staying at the hotel was a good experience. We were welcomed with bright smiles by the staff. They escort us to our room, explain everything about the room and then remind us that they will always be there if we need any help. The room that we booked is facilitated well. The location is the best as it has the best view I have ever seen. You can see the sunset from your balcony as well as mountains and also you can clearly see the nafi airport sign as you can see on the photo. The hotel is clean and they do room services everyday. Also, they always remind their guests about their breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their service was soo good. Everything about this hotel is brilliant. LOVED IT!

L'hotel NADI è costoso e rotto in generale, simile a 150-60 in casa, il personale è buono.Non c'è ascensore per aiutare a prendere il bagaglio. Posso anche cambiare il bagaglio in un solo camera doppia. È possibile fare 🈶 in una sera, non riscuotere le spese. La posizione è buona. A dieci minuti dall'aeroporto, circa, c'è anche un supermercato vicino, diversi ristoranti

Il posto è bello che si trova proprio sulla spiaggia! Ci è una banda vivente per serenarvi mentre mangiate o bevete al loro ristorante. Una bella piscina vista sul mare! Amichevole e utile personale. Situato a soli 15 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto. Certamente tornando indietro!

Questo è a Fiji, in generale, mi sento ancora bene, piccola stanza, relativamente pulita, senza odore, la verdezza qui è molto buona, cioè la finestra di letto non è finita, manca la privacy, soggiorno in viaggio

Era oltre le mie aspettative, la cucina e la lavatrice erano davvero buoni, l'unico sfondo era la televisione e la copertura olimpica spesso congelata, c'era WiFi ma ho avuto una scheda sim e un piano settimanale che era sufficiente, centro shopping a piedi e tutto vicino a molto bello

L'ospite di questo hotel è molto amichevole e utile. Il colazione è molto sano e delizioso. Mi piace come hanno sempre servito con frutta come papaya, pineapple, e banana. La posizione è vicino a negozi, ristoranti e spiaggia. Sono tutti in una passeggiata 10-minute. Tuttavia, se si sta immergendo o si sta svolgendo attività legate all'isola, ci vorrà circa 20-30 minuti di auto per arrivare alla Marina. In generale, è un buon posto per rimanere per qualche giorno senza danneggiare la tua borsa.

Eccellente
AacacacBeautiful stay at this quite new modern style hotel surrounded by lagoon! But it’s sad that there is no beach to enjoy there.
*room- it’s small but they have everything we need and amenities is quite good and they bring us enough tea en coffee during our stay. They maintain a room quite clean so it was very comfortable staying here. We can see it’s new and good design as well!
*breakfast-variety choice of food that you can fully enjoy! They even had a Mimosa drink and you will never get bored with beautiful and tasty food they prepare!
*facility- it’s quite big so to reach to the infinity pool it takes time to get there on foot and there was not enough baggy so had to walk all the way there. And even though this hotel itself is big but infinity pool is quite small and each seat is too close to each other so I felt it’s a hit congested and didn’t feel so relax being there. But surroundings are beautiful we can see mountains and oceans. Blue lagoon view from our room was also beautiful!
*Stuffs- sorry to compare to other hotel but some of the stuffs are not as friendly as other stuffs we met at other hotel. Some are lovely but I felt they’re so tired of helping us. But the driver who helped us to give us a loft to the airport, he was very friendly and nice, we can see he is willing to help us and made us comfortable till the end of our trip! Thank you Maffie! ( sorry not sure about spelling ) And the receptionist lady was very attentive when we checked in-Sweta, she was willing to prepare a room for us even we arrived a bit early than the check-in time, thank you!

UUtente ospiteCheck in was easy but they almost forgot to give us our room key. The whole trip the key didn't work to get in and out of our room so we had to get staff to let us ion every time. They said they upgraded us but when we got there there was only 1 bed. We asked numerous times to get the bed ready but by the 3rd time we asked they eventually did it. Room was fine for what we needed with mini fridge, littler back deck to sit on which was nice and enough space. The bathroom was ok however, we had a shower and the shower head started spinning cold water everywhere but we managed to get over that. The pools were great and to have water slide and nice chairs round the pool made the day go quick as we we hung out there for a few hours. The food was good and having music all day was enjoyable. The check out was easy and courtesy bus worked out really well.so all in all a few issues but nothing major and had everything we required

UUtente ospiteIl soggiorno al Tokatoka è stato buono ma può essere migliore. Ha punti positivi in quanto è più vicino all'aeroporto. Tutto il personale era gentile e sempre sorridente e ci ha dato un caloroso benvenuto.
Gli aspetti negativi direi che la stanza in cui ho effettuato il check-in aveva alcune cose che non andavano. La TV non funzionava correttamente. L'aria condizionata perdeva acqua all'interno e soprattutto il telefono fornito non funzionava affatto, quindi potevo persino chiamare la reception se avessi avuto bisogno di qualcosa. Quindi sono dovuto andare alla reception alcune volte quando avevo bisogno di qualcosa.

SsabsabhoLa strada per il resort è un po' buffa e niente è molto vicino al resort (restauranti/ commercianti convenienti, ecc.), quindi dovrete chiamare un taxi ogni volta che devi uscire o ottenere forniture. La stanza non è molto luminosa e i mobili sono stati un po' indossati. Il resort è letteralmente sulla spiaggia, quindi aspettate di avere un po' di mosquito ogni volta che siete tornati nella vostra stanza, e è anche difficile per i viaggiatori con grandi bagagli portare le loro borse nelle loro stanze, Poiché ci sono pochi passi di scala verso la porta della vostra stanza e la via è sabbiosa, ma se siete qui per un breve soggiorno, penso che sarebbe bene guardare oltre.
Se stai cercando di rimanere per una notte a Nadi, e andare alle isole per i prossimi giorni, suggerisco di cercare altri alloggi nel centro di Nadi, come ad esempio l'Hotel Nalagi. Come guidare attraverso altri hotel come Mercury Hotel, sembra anche un motel, quindi potrebbe essere meglio cercare qualcosa nel centro.

UUtente ospiteRoom is spacious and generally clean and well equipped. Staff are generally quite friendly and smiley, and helpful. The view is nice with a vast ocean view.
However there’re a number of points which could have been improved.
First, our reservation for the room is for 4 adults. However on the first night we arrived, everything was not prepared for 4 adults (i.e. the towels, toothbrush, slippers, shower and shampoo set, toilet paper, cups). After check-in, we had dinner at the hotel’s beach restaurant, then we took the buggy to the room - by that time it was almost 11PM. We had to call the reception/housekeeping to request for all these insufficient items. Then, next day, after housekeeping, again we were short of towels, shower and shampoo sets and water (which should be replenished right?)

HHridhIl mio recente soggiorno a NALAGI è stato un piacevole esperimento che superava le mie aspettative; dal momento in cui sono entrato nel grande lobby, mi sono circondato in un'atmosfera di eleganza e conforto. Il personale si compiaceva e si atteneva incredibilmente, andando oltre e oltre per garantire un soggiorno senza saldatura e piacevole.

Finding a room with Aircond took 1 hour.
In an area with no taxi, reception often mark up $10 for calling one for you.
No food or store around, hotel food close at 6pm.
There is thief trying to get in and knock on doors from 8pm to 1am. They are led by security to check if no one then open the door to search for valuables.
Reception and a strong guy knock on the door at 1am and told me to pay again by cash because my previous payment card denied. I show them my credit debit record, and refused to be rip off.
There is bed bugs and cockroach in the room as well as on the bed.
Water from tab is yellow.
Given 2 small soap, no shampoo, no others
I would suggest to take something with free airport pick up. Never recommend this hotel as it’s a rip off.

Le strutture sono un po'difficili, portare i pantaloni con te, o fare il bagno con i piedi lucidi, e portare i piedi con te. Non ci sono scarpe con le maniche. La notte ha paura di dormire con un piccolo cappello con cintura fredda. In generale, è OK rispetto all'hotel a prezzi locali
