Fantastic Stay... Hotel staff was very courteous... Rooms were comfortable... The Restaurant (Sattvik - 100% veg) is a must go. Great Vegetarian fusion menu. Me and family will definitely be coming back in the near future. I hope the entire Hotel team maintains their good work and high standards to achieve customer/guest satisfaction

Rooms are clean and tidy . A great buffet breakfast. Staff is approachable and always ready to help. A great choice for a stay in mysore as all locations are easy reach. Basement parking is limited but they do have a good amount of space available around the hotel.

The hotel is well-maintained with all the amenities mentioned in the listing. The rooms are decent with clean linen. However, the staff managing the hotel are highly insensitive and lack basic knowledge in handling guests. During our visit, my daughter was going through her menstrual cycle and unintentionally left a small blood stain on the bedsheet. The staff took a picture of the stain, showed it to me, and asked me to pay Rs. 300/-. I felt so embarrassed and shocked, as I have never faced such behavior from any hotel staff in my previous visits. When I expressed that their behavior was insensitive and rude, they agreed to remove the charges. I insisted on paying double, but they refused to charge me. The whole episode was humiliating and awkward for me. For one day, I paid Rs. 11,978 for two rooms, which is not a small amount. It is unacceptable for them to behave in such a nasty manner in the name of cleaning charges. This is highly inappropriate and discriminatory against women. I strongly recommend not booking this hotel.

The service, cleanliness, food everything was excellent. Mr. Mahesh was very helpful and the entire staff was polite and good. Mysuru visit was good and enjoyable because of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and fully digital

I say that I am feeling happy that such a good service has been given in this hotel or should I say that the morning breakfast was amazing or the room service timing was also good. From the very beginning the doctor there gave me guidelines till the end of the day.A person from the Reception called Mr Sandeep he showed me a lot of room and also gave a lot of good information ,all the credit goes to Mr sandeep ..

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The facilities were very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast at the Sattvik restaurant was very good. Ms.Krishna in the Sattvik restaurant was very cheerful and provided excellent service !
