The room service was highly unsatisfactory. Upon arriving approximately one and a half hours earlier than scheduled, we were informed that an additional fee of 800 would be required for immediate accommodation. This unexpected charge and the subsequent delay in securing our room resulted in a frustrating experience. The service provided was notably unprofessional, with a lack of attention to basic amenities such as changing the bedsheet and providing room cleaning services.

The system of 12 pm check in, is awful as most travel by train and reach early morning, early check in is charged extra!

As flush was not working, i had to ask them to change the room, which they did. And i felt hotel was not worth for the money i paid

The tariff was not as per the standard and quality of room and services. Seems the site doesn't look into this aspect.
