Location wise it was convenient and food we have not had anything there. Hotel was okay but towels & bed are very dirty, not maintained well.

Property location is very good, zoo, palace and aqua zoo is very near even walkable. They provided good breakfast and lunch. Room service is good.

Not worth for money i paid 4000 for room which is worth of 1500 but service was good and also food was good

Worth the money, Great location, Perfect for family stay to visit Mysore zoo and Palace. Food was great and room was super clean. Plenty of parking space. Staff were courteous.

Good experience. Neat clean and hygiene maintained. Good tasty food. Need to improve on staff as i feel during afternoon less staffed

Delay in check in even after we reached after check in time. Hygiene i felt could have been improved a lot. Wifi was not working most of the time.

Rooms are cleaned and staff is polite. Food is really good and resonable. Room service provided and breakfast buffet available.
