Horrible. Checked in, was out in a villa on the opposite end of the property that had no working elevator with children and a handicapped individual. Initially told, we couldn’t be moved because we already checked in. After ongoing communication with Justin the manager we were able to get a new room. Get to the room, and the room is filthy. Floors are caked with dirt, and dishwasher was covered with mold. Couldn’t put my infant down, because his legs were immediately covered. Justin came to the room, looked at it and took photos. Housekeeping came and confirmed that the floors weren’t being cleaned, and needed a special “mop”. Probably need more than a steam mop. Justin advised that this would be handled the following day. The next day, Wednesday the third, make multiple attempts to speak to Claudine ( GM), no response. I made an in person visit at the front desk and she was minimally aware of the situation but noted that she spoke to housekeeping and was notified that it was handled. Brought my infant down to her, and showed off their legs.. didn’t seem to phase her. Seemed like this was the expectation but seemingly agreed to take further action. We’ll no response at all through the night. After no response, I contacted Merlyn, another manager and requested thst the housekeeping manager come to the room. She tried to be dismissive that the problem was solved, and admitted that she spoke to Claudine and was made aware that I brought my child down, and showed her. Dina, the housekeeping manger came to the room, and admitted that the room wasn’t cleaned, and seen photos from their steam mop from Tuesday. She was not able to do anything else but clean the floor again. Horrible customer service and when you pay a decent amount, you should get a cleaned room, without a hassle. The expectation is clearly you get a dirty room. Please review photos of the room.
