Parking garage is opposite side of this property across a busy road. Guest needs to park the car in multi level garage and then walk, painfully drag their luggage’s painfully across a busy road into the property. This is highly inconvenient and I am terribly disappointed, shame on you ******* and this property management by not telling their customers about this terrible parking situation upfront before they make their decision on booking this hotel. Also this hotel is Nikel and dining on everything, want a room on higher floors extra $20, extra towel $3, checking out late after 11am no problem $20 per extra hour. Worst hotel, never staying here again. Same on you *******.

Stains on sheets and pillows, hair on bed and floors, only one heater was working so my son that slept on the fold out couch had no heat all night and it got down to 20 degrees that night. Also I paid for an oceanfront room and got an angel view instead

Construction everywhere guys gawking. Pools not open. Broken toilet seat, broker chester drawers. Accommodations were horrible. No breakfast. Refrigerator noise all night. Just a horrible experience. Offered no better room. So dissapointed. Not able to transfer to a sister hotel who had better accommodations

I loved that this property was oceanfront with a full kitchen option. My kids loved the indoor heated pool and lazy river.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We will for sure be staying there again. Loved our room. Perfect view of the ocean and sunrise.

My daughter chose this location for my birthday weekend and it was not bad. The communication was great via text message before we arrived. The staff was super friendly at checkin and made sure we had the Murphy bed instead of sleeper sofa. The only down size was the first set of elevators we tried to use was not working but other then that all other issues were handled ie tv was not plugged in properly so they sent maintenance. The room was clean and very quiet
