It's clear the owners are trying to rehab a neglected facility with limited resources, but it's hard to justify staying here when the fully furnished hotel next door is the exact same price. I didn't realize this was a motel given the description and pictures, and the price is a little high for how minimal the experience was. There were a lot of minor issues (poor lighting in room, haphazard renovations and repairs, a couch that literally did not fit in the space allocated), but the only serious concern I had was that the hot water took a very long time to appear and never got anywhere near sleeping I would call hot. I wouldn't go back, but honestly only because of the price.

So the first room we were in the toilet started backing up into the tub, they moved us rooms, the second room was completely disgusting and when we asked for a refund they refused so we packed up and left. Blood all on the sheets and they refused to do anything about it. So we are calling corporate

The room was not clean! The first room I was assigned was filthy and the weather ***** was missing from the bottom of the door, leaving enough room for rodents and reptiles to get it. The gentleman at the desk changed my room. This one was still not clean and the hotel lock on the door was broken. The AC worked intermittently. I paid for 2 nights in advance, yet at 10:30 am, sineone knocked on my door to see if I was leaving or staying another night. My key had also not been programmed for the second night and therefore I was locked out. I had to go to the office and have the key programmed again.

Besides the bedsheets having nasty stains and the toilet clogging everything else was ok.

The room was clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The A/C kept the room pretty cool for us. The parking was very convenient and roomy. This is a good place to stay for the price you pay.

This is the absolutely worst, nastiest place I have ever stayed. If I hadn't already paid I'd sleep in my car. The bed looked like it had poop on it. The fridge didn't work, the attendants in office were ALL rude. NEVER AGAIN
