Arrived quite late (after 10pm) due to travel delays, but check in was a breeze and staff so helpful that it took the stress away. Andre made sure we had everything we needed and all the HGV staff were so professional and accommodating. We booked a 2 night ocean view in a king studio which was perfect as a for 2 as a prelude to a week long in a 1 bedroom oceanfront! Both great but the oceanfront is extra special because of large balconies overlooking the ocean and beautiful sunrises. Hotel so clean and our rooms have updated amenities and furniture. Beds very comfortable and bonus of kitchen facilities with good appliances.
Pool area nice and pretty laid back in March
Hard to find a negative here so I won’t!

This hotel is a travel treasure! Perfectly located, beautiful views, spacious, clean rooms and delightful staff. When we travel to Myrtle from now on this will be our spot!

Perfect for my family i was 2 years ago at Caribbean hotel which is 5-10 minutes walk away by far I chose this Hotel is like day and night.

totally disappointed in the wording they used while booking my stay, ocean view and ocean front should be the same room. no parking on-site, they want to pay a bell-boy to valet your car to the garage across the street. if you decide to park your car on your own in the garage, you will need to park on the third floor because all of the spots on the 1st and 2nd floors are for valet, and they were empty by the way. also beware of the construction into the front entrance and side entrance, you cannot enter or leave from either one making it difficult to come and go from the hotel. in addition to the bell boys, they do not have adequate carts for your luggage to take to the rooms, when i asked the front desk he stated that carts were hard to come by but yet i saw a bell-boy show up with one they want you to tip the bell-boy to take your luggage to the room. we will nott be staying here again, no thanks.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the property. We ran into a few issues with the room. The shower in the master bedroom ran cold and the shower head had a wide spray. The faucet in the second bathroom was stuck. Other than that the room was very comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay and are looking to visit in the future. We attended the timeshare presentation and are looking into ownership.

The accommodations were great and the staff was very friendly. The reason I would never go back unfortunately is the vaping smells were so bad on our balcony at night that we couldn’t enjoy the ocean front view. I informed the staff but there is a no smoking policy but not a no vaping policy. I guess it’s just the world we live in now.

When i picked room , said oceanview , ended up a side view one floor above the ac / pool mechanics complained to no avail., but still was nice.
