This newly renovated, direct ocean-front 1 bedroom suite is situated on the 5th floor of the Meridian Plaza Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. Conveniently located to everything along the Grand Strand, the Meridian is a perfect location for our guests. This 1-bedroom apartment has several unique features! Our guests will enjoy 2 full-size beds in the bedroom, 1 full bathroom, an ocean-front living room with endless views, a full kitchen, cabinets with plentiful space, and so much more! This is truly a one-of-a-kind rental that will keep you returning year after year. The ocean view balcony offers incredible oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean, and you will not want to miss the sunrise and sunset. Situated on the 5th floor, our guests will be blown away by this view! The 2nd Avenue Pier is visible, including breathtaking views of the coastline. As of April 2024, this condo had some absolutely incredible renovations done! We could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters, the entire unit was repainted with welcoming colors. All new LVP flooring was installed throughout. In the living room a new rock accent wall was installed with an LED fireplace and new mounted smart TV above. Guests will love relaxing on the couch by the fire and looking out at the stunning oceanfront views! In the kitchen, new cabinets were installed along with new stainless-steel appliances. Lastly all new furniture and decor were installed throughout. We guarantee you are going to love it! The bedroom is located when you first enter the property and features 2 full-size beds, a new smart TV, a dresser, and a closet for storage. Just past the bedroom is the full bathroom located in between the living room and bedroom. The bathroom features a double-vanity sink, tub/shower, toilet, oversized mirror, and cabinet space. The kitchen and living area are located on the oceanfront side of the apartment. The mini kitchen features new full-size, stainless-steel appliances including, fridge/freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, sink, and cabinet space. A microwave, coffee maker, and toaster will also be available to our guests. We also provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes, cups, and more. The living room is the most relaxing space in the apartment and offers a new sofa that converts to a bed, accent chairs, smart TV, coffee table, stunning rock accent wall with LED fireplace, beachy decor, and access to the private, ocean-front balcony. A dining table and chairs are located in this space as well. The Meridian offers 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, as well as 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry is available to our guests as well! Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding.. Our guests love the convenience of a keyless door lock. While we are here to assist our guests with whatever they may need, there will be no need to meet at our office for keys or parking passes. Whether you plan to arrive at the time of check-in, or if you're arriving late at night, your door codes will give you access to the lobby and apartment during your stay! Our guests love the security of the locked lobby doors. Be sure to have your lobby door code and your condo door code on hand when you arrive! This is truly a perfect location and easily accessible to all restaurants, shopping, dining, and other local attractions. The Meridian is located at 2310 N. Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC, and is literally a 5–10-minute walk or drive to just about everything you can imagine!
