Hotel con piscina a Mylopotamos

Sono stata in questo hotel con il mio ragazzo per circa una settimana, ed è stata un’esperienza davvero molto rilassante! Le 5 stelle le attribuisco tutte! L’hotel è situato a 20 minuti di auto da Rethymno, posizione molto comoda essendo centrale tra Chania e Candia le città principali di Creta, ci si arriva abbastanza in fretta e da qui si può raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse con abbastanza facilità. Siamo arrivati all’hotel verso le 21 di sera, e senza problemi ci hanno fatto fare il check-in, ci hanno fatto accomodare e portato due bicchieri di bollicine e uno snack durante l’attesa. Ci hanno trattato molto bene, regalandoci pure un upgrade della stanza e dandoci una camera con vista mare al posto di quella che avevamo prenotato noi. Il servizio ci ha portato in camera con una golfcar per evitare di farci fare il tragitto a piedi. Una volta arrivati in camera ci aspettava una bottiglia di vino e un qualche snack di benvenuto. La colazione inclusa è ben fornita e molto buona, alcuni giorni anche accompagnata da musica dal vivo (violoncello) molto piacevole. Il luogo è molto bello, la piscina e il mare sono accessibili a tutti e una buona alternativa per alcuni giorni di sano relax. È stato proprio tutto molto bello. Servizio di pulizia molto attento e curato e servizi generali non mancavano. Tutto lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile, alla fine del nostro soggiorno ci hanno anche regalato due souvenir del luogo. Da ritornarci sicuramente!

On our arrival, we were asked for our passports, to realise, we had lost them!! As you can imagine, panic and worry set in 🙈 the lady on reception (I think her name was Eva) was so reassuring and told us not to worry, and that she would phone the transfer company to try and locate them for us, and for us to just enjoy our vacation. Within a few hours, she had arranged for the transfer company to deliver them back to the hotel. Such a relief - thank you Eva for saving our holiday 😊 So, now I've got the stressful part out the way, let's get down to this wonderful hotel. The hotel is clean, modern and peaceful 😌 everything is quite basic, but has all you need for a relaxing holiday! The location of this hotel is nothing short of incredible 😍 Bali is absolutely stunning, and this hotel is located on the beach front of a beautiful beach, with crystal clear warm waters 😍 so warm, that me and the husband (and a few others) had late night swims (I'm talking after 10pm and still warm!), and so clear that you can see all the fish 🐠 There are a few lovely tavernas/bars on the beach front and a little shop, so it has everything you need within a few hundred meters. If you do want to travel a little further, there is a little train type vehicle that takes you around to other beaches ect for 5€, we utilised this and visited every beach in the area, all of which were lovely. Breakfast was pretty basic, but enough there to choose from every morning (eggs, omelette, pancakes, cereal, fruit, breads ect) and it's set by the pool with a beautiful view 😌 All the staff we found really kind and helpful. I emailed the hotel prior to arrival, to explain that our stay was a suprise anniversary trip for my husband, and offered to pay for them to add some rose petals on the bed ect, but they kindly offered to do this for free, and they also gifted us with a bottle of wine and card, which I thought was really sweet. Honestly, I can't recommend this hotel and location enough 😍 we had the best time here and would a million percent return! If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing, picturesque holiday... look no further 😁

Il resort è una struttura immersa nel verde perfetta per chi vuole stare a stretto contatto con la natura. Si trova in collina a 5 minuti di macchina dalla località di Bali. La struttura è tranquilla, dotata di 3 piscine e altre forme di intrattenimento e adatta anche ai bambini. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Il primo giorno abbiamo richiesto che ci venisse cambiata la stanza poiché volevamo avere una vista migliore e siamo stati accontentati. Ci hanno anche supportato nel noleggio di una macchina direttamente dall’hotel. È disponibile un servizio navetta, ogni 30 minuti circa, che porta alla spiaggia dell’hotel, di cui abbiamo usufruito il primo giorno. Tra i punti forti ricordo sicuramente: la cortesia del personale, la colazione a buffet, la pulizia delle camere, belle piscine e la vista molto romantica.

Scrivo ora la mia recensione e non come di consueto a fine soggiorno, nella speranza che la direzione dell’hotel ponga rimedio ad alcune gravi lacune riscontrate già nel primo giorno di permanenza in questo hotel, così da evitare altri disagi per il proseguo del mio soggiorno, e perché questa recensione possa aiutare atri potenziali ospiti nella scelta. Comincerò col dire che la spiaggia non è adiacente l’hotel, come sembrerebbe dallee descrizioni e dalle foto sui diversi portali e sul sito dell’hotel, ma in altra struttura il Royal Blu Resort, distante dalla struttura circa 300 - 400 metri da questa struttura e raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti o con navetta disponibile ogni 30 minuti (premetto che non ho ancora appurato queste informazioni indicatemi all’arrivo dagli addetti all’accoglienza, perché per l’appunto sono arrivato in hotel solo ieri pomeriggio. L’accoglienza in hotel è molto curata, il personale che ha accolto mia moglie e me è stato davvero gentile e premuroso offrendoci all’arrivo tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno, un drink di benvenuto e un panno fresco per rinfrescarci dal viaggio. Detto questo è stato subito evidente il primo disservizio: tutto il personale parla esclusivamente inglese lingua che noi non parliamo; prima di confermare la prenotazione tramite Secret Escape, avevo espressamente indicato all’hotel la mia difficoltà con l’inglese, specificando che sia io che mia moglie parliamo italiano e francese, e nella mail mi è stato assicurato che pressoché tutto il personale dell’hotel parlava correntemente anche francese; invece ho appurato in loco che solo un gentilissimo addetto all’accoglienza parla francese, e nessun altro. Questo disservizio ci renderà più complicato il soggiorno ma poteva senz’altro essere tollerato, e superato dall’accuratezza dei servizi offerti. Niente di male ci saremmo adattati. L’Hotel è di recente costruzione e molto ben rifinito, le strutture comuni e la reception sono ben curate ed il personale dell’accoglienza è preparato e molto disponibile e gentile; così come il ragazzo che ci ha accompagnato in camera. La camera è spaziosa ed il bagno a vista è ben rifinito con un ampio lavabo doppio, una bella doccia ed il wc, ma senza bidet… (cosa che sarebbe meglio segnalare). La piscina esterna privata è confortevole ed appartata, munita di patio privato, con bella vista mare (e strada statale antistante). Mi aspettavo, come da prenotazione, di trovare in camere una bottiglia di vino, ma non c’era… (secondo disservizio) Terzo grave problema: entrati in camera e depositati i bagagli, ho subito notato lunghi capelli neri sparsi per tutta la camera e sul terrazzo della piscina, segno che la camera non era stata adeguatamente pulite né igienizzata, una pecca gravissima per una struttura 5 stelle. Ho immediatamente cercato di avvisare la reception, ma al telefono in camera non funzionava (quarto disservizio), quindi mi sono recato direttamente all’accoglienza ed ho esposto il problema all’u
