Hotel in zona KingSea Yachting, Mykonos

Siamo stati in questa struttura a metà settembre con Veratour, che non ne ha più la gestione ma ha a disposizione un certo numero di camere. L'hotel è stato ristrutturato l'inverno scorso (2022-2023) ma gli arredi delle camere sono molto minimal, e nonostante siano abbastanza ampie, non esistono cassetti in cui riporre gli indumenti, l'armadio è ridotto a mezza anta, con grucce più larghe della sua profondità e pertanto non si chiude bene. Il bagno, nonostante la ristrutturazione, risulta molto datato, con le fughe del piano doccia sporche e piene di muffa. Inoltre, essendo a filo pavimento e protetta solo da una lista di marmo come bordo, e da una parete di vetro che protegge a malapena la rubinetteria, si rischiava di allagare il bagno ogni volta che ci si lavava. La pulizia è sufficiente, ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani tutti i giorni, mentre le lenzuola una volta sola. Io e mio marito avevamo un upgrade con 2 camere comunicanti e vista mare, una dotata di balconcino, e l'altra di terrazzo con sedie e tavolino. La seconda camera ci ha consentito pertanto di appoggiare i vestiti sui due lettini, benché questa mancasse di prese di corrente e aria condizionata. I due televisori attaccati alla parete non erano funzionanti, così come in tutta la struttura. Bella la piscina ma i divanetti e i lettini circostanti avevano i cuscini di tessuto chiaro molto sporchi e macchiati che non venivano puliti, e c'era gente maleducata che ci saliva sopra con le scarpe facendoci ogni genere di cose. La mezza pensione prevista consisteva nella colazione e nella cena, ripetitive per tutta la settimana e di discreta qualità, ma considerando i costi all'esterno nei vari ristoranti, poteva anche andare. Gli ombrelloni e i lettini in spiaggia sono a pagamento. Esistono attualmente 2 lidi e il costo di quelli meno cari in ultima e penultima fila è di 50 euro per tutta la giornata, indipendentemente dal tempo di utilizzo. Fuori dall'hotel non c'è nulla, il centro abitato più vicino di Ano Mera si trova a 2 km. di distanza. Per raggiungere le altre località è necessario affittare un' auto perché non ci sono mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze e i taxi, se reperibili, sono molto cari. Del resto questo hotel, si trova in una posizione fantastica a solo 250 metri da quella che secondo me è la più bella spiaggia dell'isola soprattutto per chi cerca tranquillità e relax. Non molto adatto alle persone disabili a meno che non richiedano in fase di prenotazione una camera al pianterreno, poiché la maggior parte di queste sono raggiungibili solo tramite scale abbastanza ripide. Un pensiero e un ringraziamento particolare va al nostro assistente della Veratour, Leandro, sempre presente e affabile, che con la sua simpatia, disponibilità e professionalità ha reso la nostra vacanza più piacevole.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful with local recommendations and assisted with transfers, reservations and other matters. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Drink and food options were perfect for our needs. A la Carter breakfast and coffee menu each morning were spot on.

Eleni’s village suites was on the last leg of our tour of the Islands in Greece. We arrived in the afternoon and took a transfer(36 euros for 3 people) from the port. One can easily take the local bus which would cost about 1,80 to 2,30 euros, but we didn’t know that then. We were welcomed at the village suites by Ewe and were shown to our accommodation. This was the only place where we stayed that had a stove, cookware, cutlery cups, coffee maker etc. This meant that we could actually prepare meals as eating out in restaurants in Greece can become very expensive as our rand(zar) was 1/20 against the euro. The accommodation was close to the local bus stop. Just down the road was a supermarket which was very inexpensive and we bought all the necessary stuff to have a decent meal which cost less than 15 euros and that was enough for 3 people. Where we paid for a steak 18 euro at the restaurant on the corner. Even though the suites r close enough to the port it is not close enough to walk. We also were served a complimentary buffet breakfast the 2 mornings that we were there. Lovely fruit, cereals, breads, cookies, coffee and juice. U could eat as much as u wanted. We took the bus down to the port and explored Mykonos, old city and little Venice. The area was beautiful. Lots of restaurants along the walkways and the beach. U could also swim . Eleni’s Village suites were very clean and comfortable. WiFi was good especially to connect with family at home. Unfortunately there were no pool at the place as it was quite warm. The surrounding area is quite dry and looks very rural.

Ottimo hotel e servizio fantastico.Tutte le osservazioni sono abbastanza accurate, una grande esperienza e il personale si scontra per conoscere il vostro nome e preferenze. È anche una passeggiata super corta per Mykonos Town e una corta gita per Nammos o Super Paradise o Scorpios. È davvero un piacere visitare!

Hotel situato nel pieno centro di Mykonos ma lontano dal caos. Stanza pulitissima, asciugamani cambiate tutti i giorni e pulizia eccellente sia nelle camere che nelle parti comuni. Unico neo che segnalo è che la camera è davvero piccola e manca l’armadio, ha giusto un piccolo spazio per appendere gli abiti ma per due non ci stava chissà cosa. Una menzione in particolare va al personale, dalla ragazza che c’è al mattino al ragazzo che sta alla sera. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore e ci hanno cambiato immediatamente la camera. Non c’è la colazione ma segnalo la presenza sia di un forno proprio accanto all’hotel, sia una macchinetta che fa cappuccino, caffè ecc con dei biscotti per gli ospiti. Top.. grazie di tutto

Un hotel altamente raccomandato, situato in un hotel relativamente fresco e artistico nell'area centrale di Mykonos. Le risorse turistiche di Mykonos non sono buone come Santorini, quindi il consumo qui è ancora relativamente alto e il flusso di turisti non è buono come quello di Santorini. Pertanto, i prezzi sono relativamente alti. Questo hotel ha un prezzo ragionevole e le strutture ambientali sono molto buone. Anche la reception dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. Anche il cerchio della mappa è divertente da controllare. Se vai in altri posti per giocare in auto e prendere un aereo, sarà organizzato correttamente. Vai da lui La casa è giusta

The location and hotel are fantastic, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool is very nice and service at pool is outstanding as well as breakfast. I am only giving 3 stars as the Managment and front desk fail to understand a customer’s complaints and argue there points. We had dinner our first night in there Fine dining restaurant, 2 hours after our salad our main course came. I returned mine as lost appetite. They offered complementary desserts but should have offered N/C for the meal. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they said the manager told them 25 min delay, there were 4 of us that disputed but instead of accepting responsibility fluffed it off,. Again at checkout reiterated our complaint and no accommodation on the charge. 2nd we booked a tour to Delos from the hotel 80E each including transport to the dock for ferry. We asked if local bus goes to dock by little Vince and was advised it’s a different dock. In reality the tour transit 20 E each dropped us off on the other side of the dock with a long walk, if anyone is handicapped or has walking issues forget it. The local bus 2E lets you off near ferry a short walk but the staff didn’t advise option. We returned and asked them why you did not advise us the option and there response was the local bus is sometimes delayed( ride is 25min) but we should have the option and can plan to be there in advance as plenty of time to walk around . We are Not thrifty travelers but also don’t liked being ripped off. Bottom line the property , pool, location are very good but for the prices charged I cannot provide a better raising. FYI I travel internationally for business and vacation and if by myself would have checked out after the 1st night based on our treatment at dinner and there response Sorry Ambassador but facts are facts

I will start with the good things about this hotel. No brainer it's the staff. Our room was spotlessly clean every day by Dominica who was a ray of sunshine. Clean towels every day, bottled water and toiletries were replenished too. Our thanks go to Vivienne, Stephen and Dimitri who worked every day with smiles and couldn't do enough for you around the pool/ restaurant.The girls in reception were very friendly and helpful, although we thought on check out asking if we wanted to add a tip to our bill for the reception team was a bit much!! No, we tipped by cash to those who we felt deserved it. The pool is lovely, comfortable loungers but they get taken early so get down there. Also pool towels are available. Breakfast - nice choice, something for everyone, lovely coffee. On a previous review someone said no toaster...yes there is one now. Decent supermarket literally 2 minutes away and 2 decent restaurants, Philotimo and oregano. Lovely beach at Kalo Livadi about 15 minutes away. Sandy beach with clear water. You can sit anywhere on the public beach or pay a hefty charge for loungers but highly recommend. Mykonos town was lovely, good choice for shopping and restaurants/bars. Now not so good - location. The hotel is 50 metres from a very busy and dangerous T-junction. The road to the town is very steep and winding with no pavements. Don't be fooled into thinking you will be able to safely walk it in 10-15 minutes. The road is very busy. Forget attempting to walk back. Taxis are expensive minimum 45/50 euros each way to and from airport for a short journey. Huge tip download i-move Mykonos for the local Uber type app. We waited no more than 2 minutes every time. Drivers were great and better value. Just to be clear before we booked we knew the hotel was at the top of a hill but on reflection we weren't prepared for the high cost of transport to get about.The hotel is literally under the flight path out of the airport...very noisy at times.. last flight is after midnight. Constant flights all day. We thought the hotel restaurant prices were high (same as most in town) but portion size and quality good although menu doesn't change. Shame but the waiting staff some nights had not alot to do because the restaurant is expensive and lacks atmosphere because it is also the breakfast room and people just don't eat there because no effort is made to make it look like an evening venue - no change from breakfast and/or lunch. The bar is in the breakfast room too not very appealing to spend an evening there. Introduce happy hour do something!! Get some comfortable chairs!! Also this hotel is really not suitable for older children/teenagers as there is NOTHING for them here apart from the pool. Now to our first room. Personale giovane, sorridente, ospitale e disponibile. Si prendono la massima cura del cliente per garntire il meglio per il suo soggiorno e per soddisfare ogni sua richiesta. Di una gentilezza sorprendente la dolce Mina sempre cordiale e premurosa. Reception attiva giorno e notte. Struttura moderna e dotata di ogni comfort, di grande design e pulizia eccellente, bello il contrasto di colori bianco e nero che caratterizza l’intero hotel e la zona piscina. Pulizia eccellente sia degli spazi comuni che della stanza (apprezzabile che il servizio di pulizia della stanza venga svolto all’orario da te desiderato). Colazione di ottima qualità con ampio range di orario. Un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso a Mykonos, soggiorno fortemente consigliato. A prestissimo!
