Panormos Bay Suites

From the moment we arrived at Panormos Bay Suites, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility. Nestled in a serene part of Mykonos, this resort offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Our suite was a haven of modern design, featuring a private pool that overlooked the breathtaking landscape. Waking up to such a view and taking a morning dip was an experience beyond words. The suite was impeccably clean, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The staff at Panormos Bay Suites truly set this place apart. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. Special thanks to Anastasia and Christina at the reception, whose exceptional hospitality and assistance with our travel arrangements enhanced our stay immensely.  Dining at the on-site Italian restaurant was a culinary delight. The dishes were exquisite, and the ambiance added to the overall experience.  The location is ideal – a peaceful retreat that’s just a short drive from the vibrant Mykonos Town and the beautiful Panormos Beach. It’s the perfect spot for those seeking relaxation without being too far from the island’s attractions.  In summary, Panormos Bay Suites exceeded all our expectations. It’s a place where luxury meets genuine hospitality. We left with unforgettable memories and a longing to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and serene getaway in Mykonos. 

I came here to celebrate my anniversary wife my wife, and I was not disappointed! Elias and Anastasia were super helpful in helping me setup a surprise for my wife to walk into including roses and balloons! They communicated with me so much before and during my stay ensuring I was taken care of and comfortable the whole time that I was there. I definitely recommend to all visiting the area to give them a try, 10/10 stars!

I had the luck to spend my honeymoon in Panormos Bay Suites ! The room was decorated upon arrival and it was the best surprise ever! The staff is very accommodating, the breakfast is delivered and fresh and the breakfast area is next to the pool and so beautiful! Also an Italian restaurant is located inside the hotel , you should definitely try it! All of the rooms have their own private pool or jacuzzi . We stayed in a villa with the biggest private pool that has also the option to be heated . Spyros the manager he tried his best to make our stay memorable and for sure he succeeded Next time will be back with family !!❤️

I booked a reservation with Panoromos Bay Suites on June 3, 2023. When I arrived at the property on September 17, 2023, I was informed that they overbooked the room and needed to move my party to their sister property. This news was shocking becuase I had been in communication with the hotel via Whatsapp and *********** earlier that week and even the same day because they wanted to know if I needed a transfer service to the property. I was never notified that there was a booking issue which meant I was going to be moved to a different property. The property that we were moved to was not a hotel. That was strike one. The property was about 10-15 minutes away from the hotel and was an Airbnb. If we wanted an Airbnb we would have booked that. We are travelers who enjoy being at a hotel where there is staff available and restaurants with easy access to food. Strike two was the lack of customer service that was provided at Panormos Bay Suites. Given that the hotel made this error I expected an apology which was never given. After a long travel day the group decided we wanted to have lunch at Panormos Bay Suites before going to the alternative Airbnb accommodation. There was no discount given at the restaurant which was strike 3. The hotel drove us to the Airbnb and we agreed to stay there because Spiros the manager insisted that a staff member would make us breakfast in the morning and would be available if we needed anything. This was not true! Strike 4, the next morning I texted Panormos Bay Suites as I was informed by Spiros to inform them what time we wanted breakfast and my text went unanswered. I called the hotel and they did not answer the phone and eventually started to send me directly to voicemail. The breakfast was delivered nearly two hours late by Spiros who did not come into the Airbnb to say good morning or apologize for the delay. When we checked out of the Airbnb, Spiros and another driver came to pick us up to bring us back to Panormos Bay Suites so we could hang by the pool until our flight departed later in the evening. During the entire car ride to the hotel from the Airbnb Spiros nor the other driver said one word to us, not a good morning, how was your stay, do you need anything, not one single word. This was the most uncomfortable car ride experience ever. If this was an uber ride it would have gotten 1 star and that's only because I got to my destination in one piece. At this point we were exhausted and just wanted to wait by the pool before our evening flight. I was appalled by this behavior and lack of customer service from members of the hospitality industry. I will never recommend Panormos Bay Suites or the Airbnb to anyone because of the lack of common courtesy and terrible customer service that we received. This is no way to treat customers especially those who accepted the alternative accommodation based on the hotel's error. Terrible service and lack of professionalism by Spiros.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans cet hôtel, pour un prix plutôt conséquent, et malheureusement, l'expérience n'a pas du tout été à la hauteur de nos attentes. À notre arrivée, le panier de fruits promis jamais été présent, malgré une relance immédiate auprès de la réception. Le ménage dans notre chambre laissait vraiment à désirer : nous avons trouvé une pantoufle sous le rideau de la porte d'entrée, ce qui montre que la chambre n'avait pas été correctement vérifiée. Même après le passage des femmes de ménage, des saletés étaient encore présentes. L'état des douches était particulièrement décevant. Les trous étaient bouchés par du calcaire, et il y avait de la rouille partout. Clairement, elles ne sont pas bien entretenues. Le petit-déjeuner était également une grande déception. Le choix était très limité, et il n'y avait jamais de jus d'orange. Ce qui manquait n'était jamais réapprovisionné. Le seul point positif de notre séjour a été le restaurant de l'hôtel, qui offre une cuisine excellente et un service irréprochable. Compte tenu du prix payé, nous nous attendions à une qualité de prestation bien supérieure. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et espère que ces remarques aideront à améliorer le service pour les futurs clients.

A éviter !!! L’hôtel est plutôt agréable dans son ensemble mais je trouve sa direction malhonnête et elle manque réellement de professionnalisme et ceci sur plusieurs sujets. Avant de réserver mon séjour sur « Voyage Privé » je regarde sur le site de l’hôtel les photos des suites « signature » avec piscine. C’est parfait il y a des photos des 4 suites signatures proposées et elles sont paradisiaques: -vue magnifique , -terrasse exceptionnelle, -luminosité parfaite, je m’empresse de réserver et le jour de l’arrivée grosse déception. Les photos utilisées sur le site de l’hôtel pour la chambre réservée ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Surtout au niveau de la terrasse. Sincèrement je n’aurai jamais réservé une chambre avec zéro luminosité, une terrasse à l’ombre à partir de 14h30/15h00 avec comme vue, un petit muret . Un petit muret qui n’existe pas sur les photos du site de l’hôtel. L’hôtel triche réellement sur les photos utilisées… Je ne souhaite pas gâcher mes vacances et j’ai demandé un surclassement payant, malheureusement l’hôtel est complet. Sincèrement je pense que la chambre occupée est la moins valorisante de l’hôtel, et pourtant Il y a réellement de très belles chambres au Panormos Bay Suite. Pourquoi j’ai également été déçu de mon séjour: le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 9h00, un peu tard . Surtout si vous prévoyez des excursions sur une journée. Avec mes 10 nuits, un dîner a été offert selon la formule « voyage privée » Au final c’est un plat à choisir entre une soupe de champignons, des pâtes au beure, des pâtes à la tomate, ou « Chicken » pomme de terre. Sincèrement c’est bon mais cela ne s’appelle pas un repas. Par ailleurs les produits de douche sont souvent absents, pas de réassort de café… La direction nous fait comprendre que les produits sont bien remplacés. Sincèrement cela devient vite du harcèlement de leur part, quel est leur intérêt de remettre en cause ma réclamation pour deux misérables dosettes de café que j’ai acheté par la suite dans un commerce d’île. Pas de panier de fruits comme convenu, ça c’est une anecdote et sincèrement cela ne change rien mais je le mentionne dans ce post pour bien montrer l’état d’esprit de l’hôtel. La direction n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement, pourtant le personnel est plutôt sympathique et disponible. Autre anecdote désagréable, lors de notre arrivée on nous précise que nous changerons de chambre 3 jours après notre arrivée d’une façon provisoire pour travaux. Le fameux jour, nous préparons nos valises et nous prévenons l’accueil que nous pouvons déménager. La réponse : « désolé on a décalé les travaux , pas de changement de chambre » L’hôtel étant complet, je ne suis pas surpris mais encore une fois c’est désagréable de faire vos valises pour rien. Il ne nous avait malheureusement pas prévenu. Une adresse à oublier et « voyage privée » n’a malheureusement pas été très coopératif. Pour une chambre affichée à plus de 500 euros la nuit, on est loin du compte. J’ai
