Non siamo potuti partire e raggiungere mykonos per un problema di salute e nonostante abbiamo fornito regolare certificato medico la struttura non ci ha concesso un minimo rimborso ne un voucher da poter utilizzare in seguito. Sapevamo benissimo che la tariffa non era rimborsabile ma ce lo aspettavamo per umanità. Siamo rimasti molto delusi. Non lo consigliamo!!!

Ottimo Hotel con vista mare a pochissimi passi dalla Baia di Ornos. Personale super gentile, ampia camera, colazione abbastanza varia con vista piscina e mare. Lo consiglio assolutamente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Era una destinazione di prim'ordine! Era tutto ciò che ci aspettavamo che fosse più un servizio clienti eccezionale. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia visitare Mykonos.

Bell'hotel con camere spaziose e luminose spaziose e confortevoli. molto pulito con servizi a tempo pieno. Responsabile, Personale reattivo e cordiale che era disponibile quasi 24 ore su 24. Buona posizione, molto vicino a due spiagge, stazione degli autobus pubblici e supermercati o ristoranti. Bella vista sul mare e bei disegni. Colazione a buffet di media e media qualità che serve in una bella area all'aperto, ma ha spazio per migliorare in questo hotel. La piscina è molto piccola con 3-4 lettini, ma non è un grosso problema dato che le persone preferivano stare sulla spiaggia piuttosto che su quella. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra camera ed erano pronti a risolverlo quando l'abbiamo detto. La navetta per il porto è stata organizzata per noi, tuttavia è meglio chiarire in anticipo il prezzo normale dell'isola, che è più economico del prezzo di offerta dell'hotel. Erano aperti a risolverlo su richiesta. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno e consigliamo vivamente questo hotel.

Nota del team di accoglienza 10!!! Cibo molto buono. Splendida vista sulla spiaggia di Ornos. 2 minuti a piedi dagli stabilimenti balneari di Ornos. Consiglio 10 volte

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Tutti erano estremamente gentili e disponibili. La piscina è molto piccola, ma l'atmosfera è convincente.

The room was great with a nice view and friendly staff. We missed our first night due to extensive flight cancellations and they didn’t give us any credits or extra perks. We were charged for all 3 nights

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We got upgraded from a room with a hot tub to a room with a private pool. The only downside was it seemed like a slightly worse view of the sunset, and more stairs to climb. But the pool was wonderful to have. And the porter made short work of carrying our luggage to and from the unit to reception. The reception and breakfast and cleaning staff were all very friendly… just everyone really tried to make our time there better. We really appreciated it The room was spacious, the patio has chairs to sit and have dinner, as well as beach beds and then a wet area beside the pool to sit on. The breakfast was good, although I was craving some healthier options by the end of our stay like more fruit and colder yoghurt. The night service garbage collection was a novel idea and we enjoyed coming home to empty bins as we accumulated a number of bottles throughout the day. The shower did feel a little cramped (it’s a bath/shower combo) but it was convenient to have a bath too. The air conditioning was excellent and the bed was very comfortable with the extra cushions, we finally felt at home. Thank you! I’ve already recommended this hotel to my parents who might be coming in October.
