Premier Inn Shrewsbury North (Harmer Hill)

Lovely premier inn to stay. We went as a large family of 16 for a family wedding and stayed here for two nights. It t was a lovely place to stay ,clean great staff and lovely food. Would stay again .

We had an amazing time, friendly, helpful staff and great food options in on site restaurant, beautifully scenic and very peaceful, easy check in and out, will definitely be booking again in December.

Great place to stay, just outside Shrewsbury. Great views & friendly staff. Pub next door very good and agin friendly happy staff. Parking is easy, plenty of space. Only one is the A/C Fan that loud you could not hear the tv! Switched off automatically at 11AM We were woken at 7AM when the fan was turned on automatically again. AC control on wall does nothing. It’s all controlled by reception. Great Premier Inn but the fan in room 304 needs servicing. Reported to reception. they did a hard reset, but that failed as I think they knew it would.

This hotel is disgusting! The room Smelt of sewers! The bathroom was full of mould! The carpets were sticky! Staff were rude and customer services don’t care! Paid £190 for pure filth

I found this a very costly disappointment! Over £200 for one night stay and breakfast. The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard as rock. Such a basic room for such a huge price. Zero frills. The breakfast for that price should have been all you can eat. But it wasn’t. I will never stay there again! So overpriced!!!

As ever with Premier Inns, the bed was great providing a decent nights sleep, however the breakfast experience was horrendous. There is no hot buffet here, it’s supposedly ‘cooked to order’ .. it was cold and took 1/2 hour to arrive. - hard fried eggs (asked for soft) - about a desert spoon full of beans - 1 sausage (size of a child’s finger) - under cooked bacon - no mushrooms as for the toast .. they had 2 basic Tesco toasters that were pathetic they literally took 15 mins to even slightly brown some bread. - Coffee, yes, you could order refills, but the the service too long for you to bother. Didn’t even try complaining to the guy on service, he was buzzing about, seemed really stressed and not approachable. Felt like you’d get a mouthful if you said anything. We paid over £200+ here for 1 night and a breakfast.. rip off !!! If you can, chose a B&B in nearby Shrewsbury… wish we had !
