To start with we have had a hard time at room allocation, hotel management is bluff masters as I've reached hotel already delayed by 7 hrs and was denied my admission stating they haven't received any confirmation email from MMT and I was kept waited for 2 more hrs giving me so much humiliation and embarrassment. Finally after a big ruckus I was allotted a room and actual struggle started from then...there's no hygiene in room, it's stinky, no mirror and no ventilation in the room, room service and food was pathetic...and staff, can't imagine such worst ever hotel listed by MMT...in the nutshell, customers are being fooled by the ratings and offers provided by MMT...And MMT, pls don't loose customers' confidence as we plan our trips, be it business or personal, according to the accommodation bookings and I believe ur business is based on this. Finally the cattle shed is better then the Aarav Plaza room which was allotted to us
