Hi So my sister and I had booked our stay at your Mussorie property. Subsequently due to an emergency my sister had to book an early morning departure from Dehradun. Due to rains the road from Mussoorie to Dehradun had landslides and debris at several points. My sister would have had to leave as early as 2 am in the dark. As a solo female and considering the erratic rains we had requested for a cancellation of the last day (16th September). Request was raised via goibibo. A gentleman from your management called on 15th and confirmed my request considering the precarious situation and the risk a female travelling alone at 2 am would have to take and informed that he will confirm the cancellation request with goibibo. Despite repeated communication and even after sharing the call log with your team of the confirmation I had received from you, I have still received no confirmation as informed by goibibo. I will request you to fulfil your commitment and revert back and resolve the issue with goibibo. Thank you once again.

The colonial architecture and old-world feel of teak floors and primeval wooden paneling with the breathtaking back drop of snowy hilltops added to our experience. We loved our stay at the Imperial room which was spacious and elegant and had a view to cherish. The room was beautifully appointed, exuding a timeless grandeur that blended seamlessly with modern comforts - High ceilings, large bathrooms, wooden flooring. The cozy little balcony opened to a breathtaking view of snowy hilltops. Even a walk in their garden was mesmerising. The tranquility and charm of this place is simply captivating. The food here needs a special mention. We had a variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we truly enjoyed every dish. It was simple yet delicious, with each dish bursting with flavors and prepared with utmost care reminding me of homemade food.  The hospitality is top notch too. Infact, the Ilbert Manor team focuses to offer personalized services for its guests. The attentive staff took care of our every need, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfection.  Situated on the bustling Mall Road, I was immersed in the vibrant energy of Mussoorie, with shops, cafes, and scenic views just steps away. When I needed a break, the gaming room provided hours of entertainment with billiards, chess, and carrom. Different vintage elements from vintage letter envelopes with postage stamp to pictures on walls add to the charm of this place. Ilbert Manor is a true haven for those seeking tranquility, indulgence, and a touch of old-world charm. If you're looking for a unique getaway, I highly recommend Ilbert Manor in Mussoorie! Hotel honeymoon inn offers easy check-in and delicious food. Rooms were clean and had comfortable furniture with fresh linens. I had easy access to public transport. I spent some great time and would definitely love to visit again. All the hygeine protocols were followed. The place has great public accessibility. I had a great get-away here. It's definitely the best place to be in the city. They cleaned and maintained the rooms for us. Room was well spaced, neat and clean. Food was tasty. Staff was cooperative. Had an amazing stay here.

I stayed in Seven Oaks from 11.03.2022 to 13.03.2022 with my family. The Hotel is Located about 1 km from the Mall, but there is no problem as they provide free drop and pick up from Mall from Morning to Evening. The complimentary break fast is very good and the service of the restaurant staffs (specially to mention about Prakash - who is always ready to help you) are also very fast. The house keeping facilities are also good. I stayed in Deluxe Room - there is a common terrace in front of 4nos. of Deluxe rooms - where you can walk in the morning and evening - and the view from the terrace is excellent. The room was beautifully decorated and nice for couple. The reception staffs are also helpful and arranged the sightseeing or airport dropping cars. As the location may not be known for the outstation taxi drivers - so it is always better to discuss with the reception before going to the hotel - so that they may guide the driver. Otherwise you will have to get down in the taxi Stand and have to walk for 10 minuted to go to their car pick up stop near BOI, Shop No. 1, Roxy Buildingkulri, Near Mall, Mussourie.

Buona ospitità, consiglia per i viaggiatori di montagna. Grande posizione, proprio sulla strada del palazzo immaginario. Viste potrebbero essere migliori per la camera imperiale. Servizi rapidi, personale ben addestrato. Le cose potrebbero essere migliori con la manutenzione della proprietà, compreso il pulizia del vetro dei balconi della camera.

Our stay at The Claridges Nabha Residence was absolutely fantastic. First and foremost was the location - slightly away from the Mall road to have peace and quiet but still close enough to get there easily. We also had the most amazing service from every member of staff, right from the security, front office staff, restaurants, housekeeping..... Absolutely top notch service and no request was too much for them. We were given great options for our trips everyday and we used the hotel's car services. We had great drivers (you need them in the mountainous roads), reliable and courteous. The cars were really clean and well maintained too. The breakfast spread was not only tasty but also had great variety. The four of us had different tastes and we all were fully satisfied. We also had our dinners at the in-house restaurant. Even though it was winter, we chose the outside seating it was the best decision we took. We opted for the bonfire ***** with our dinner and we had a memorable time. Great ambience accompanied by some excellent food. Our rooms were also super comfortable with the right level of heating. The bathrooms had been newly renovated and had heated toilet seats - a great feeling in the winters!! I would highly recommend staying at the Claridges if you are visiting Mussourie as a couple or as a family. You will not regret it.
