Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie

This is a heritage property built during the britishers. Experience is amazing. They have kept the things mostly as it was earlier with minor restorations. Lot of movies are shot here including Kabir Singh. The manager Mr. Bipul is a very knowledgeable person. He personally assisted us to explore the whole property and told about every significant detail. The restaurant staff is also very good specially Ms. Kumkum. It was a wonderful experience overall. Amazing staff by ITC Mr. Bipul, Ms. Sonal and Ms. Kumkum. Thanks again for the amazing experience. Hope to see you guys soon.

Our experience at The Savoy was the best, we were welcomed and greeted at the checkin and every staff had a big smile on the face. The room were very comfortable and had a beautiful ambience of old British era, also the food and hospitality was up to the mark would like to give some mentions to Sonal and Semanti from the from desk and Ankita and Alisha from the restaurant. I will surely come again with family and recommend my friends and family

We would like to thank the entire team at the hotel for making our stay memorable. Attention to detail was something that made our stay a level up. To begin with we met Anshika who welcomed us warmly and took us to our room . She made it a point to acknowledge us at all occasions be it over breakfast or anything else . She’s definitely an asset who is perfectly groomed at all times . Would like to also mention Chander at the restaurant who made sure we had a fantastic dinner and a great breakfast experience . Cheers for looking after us . A special mention to Himanshu , who we would like to highlight as well . We remember an incident when we were returning from shopping and didn’t have too many bags at hand . He passed by as we were going upto the room and politely greeted us and offered to drop the bags to the room. A through gentleman and a great eye for detail for hospitality . Overall we are grateful for having choose this hotel for our quite little holiday , all of you contributed yo make it a memorable one. We have already recommended the hotel to so many already . We recently stayed at this beautiful heritage hotel and had an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. A huge shoutout to Sonal, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. She generously upgraded us to a fantastic room, which truly elevated our experience. Sonal was not only helpful but also incredibly warm and kind throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with its historical charm and attention to detail, but it was the service that made our visit truly memorable. We had so much fun and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a unique and delightful stay.

Stay was perfect from staying till it’s end with great hospitality from savoy team from service ,food , games everything was perfect. Savoy with its great heritage is a must visit and I am lucky for being at this hotel second time and every time it gives me different experience with something new. Amazing palce and mesmerizing staff .. must vist this relaxing and joyfull property of ITC for peach and calm❤️ i loved the food and aumbience of resturants the view of my room is amazing both side open and soo spacious ... recommended for kids also they have play zone gym and many activities too
