Being an almost senior citizen, this is my 2nd solo trip.Here I felt very much homely with very sweet behaviour of all staffs. I enjoyed the early morning,sitting with a cup of tea (provided in the room) in front of the big glass window of my room and watching the mountains and the beautiful sky. At the time of breakfast and dinner,I used to sit in the last double sit of the restaurant,watching the people and scenary of the everytime busy Gandhi Chowk. The hotel is in the heart of the city and very near to the taxi and bus stand, and also 1.5 km from The Mall . From this place you can go to any places either by hiring scooty, cycle, taxi etc. Rooms are fantastic,very spacious ,neat and clean with good wooden work. The toilet has got a separate bathing place which is very much unique. I like to have tea or coffee sometimes and tea bags and coffee satchel are provided in the room with hot kettle. Food in the restaurant are delicious. Only thing is that breakfast starts from 8.30 am. As I am early riser,I felt hungry from 7 am

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The ambiance of room, facilities arranged and polite behaviour of the staff even at 11 PM at room service. In restaurant too. I recommend this hotel for my friends and relatives. In tourist places, this type of service is highly required. Lalith, the employee is taking care of the residents.

Room was compact with little suffocation, they charged extra for kid, although food quality was okay.

The place is literally in the heart of library chowk and mainly connected to mall road making it the ideal spot to choose for your travels. Rooms are well equipped with air conditioners which is rare to see. They were supportive in accommodation and needs for extra occupancy.

No self parking in hotel. Heater problem in winter. Food is ok. Location is good. Cleanness is ok. In this hotel you are looking for luxury then you will be disappointed it's just like any normal hotel. But the location is key. Dine

This is my 10 visit to Mussoorie I have stayed various Hotels there. My recent visit with my colleague family to imperial square hotel This is excellent location 0 km from LibraryChowk full view of Gandhi Chock from its large Dining Hall and mountain can be seen from all rooms. Our welcome is so warm as the staff is so courteous and really helpful.Hotel manager Rajendra Chauhan ji is very decent and friendly nature to fulfil your requests.love to visit again and recommended.kitchen staff , housekeeping also very friendly and professional. A wonderful stay at imperial square. Thanks Imperial Square to give me a great time stayed its remains very long in my memory
