Al Falaj Hotel

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per quattro notti e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il servizio, la pulizia e l'ambiente erano eccellenti, e anche la posizione era molto comoda.

Posizione incantevole e ottima base per esplorare la città. Il suq e il forte sono vicini!

È stato un peccato non poter fare il check-in prima perché siamo arrivati ​​prima, quindi siamo rimasti nella hall per 9-10 ore nonostante le numerose email inviate per avvisarli. Nel complesso, il nostro soggiorno è stato discreto. La colazione era buona e anche il servizio era buono.

Ho avuto un'esperienza molto deludente in questo hotel. Il personale della reception non era affatto attento al cliente. Avevo prenotato in anticipo, ma al mio arrivo, inizialmente hanno affermato che non c'erano camere disponibili e si sono rifiutati di cancellare la prenotazione. Dopo avermi lamentato, mi hanno offerto una camera molto più piccola, nonostante avessi prenotato una camera king-size. Non consiglierei questo hotel a nessuno.

I didn't expect a hotel like this at this price; it exceeded my expectations. Clean, the room is very tidy, and the welcome was nice.

Overall it was Good Experience and Team has been really cooperative. The Hotel is clean with Option for Breakfast at better rates for Inhouse clients.

We really had a good time on our friends outing, during check in and check out time we where served by Ms Minoli ever smiling lady, she gave us a warm welcome and upgraded our rooms during check in, this gesture made us feel welcomed and we couldn't wait to fully enjoy our stay. Housekeeper Mr Mohammed was always helpful whenever we requested for amenities, he acted fast which made us more happy, also experienced the swimming pool which is devided into 2, one side for us learners and the other for experts in swimming 🤣 this really was fun, thanks to Mr Joseph and Mr Shahul for good guidance. The 2nd night we requested for late checkout on our check out day and we were helped by Moses, thanks bro for that gesture, ohhhh l had forgotten the bar 😍, it was awesome cold drinks very affordable nice service but l forgot the guy s name as l had taken some shots🤣, with all being said we enjoyed every minute at Al Falag hotel, good location close to everything, last but not least thank you house keeping supervisor or manager l think Mr Lasantha, he was also running around to make sure we get everything we requested,, team Al Falag keep it up.

Excellent but be aware that water is chargeable in the room for the coffee

It was all very nice. Big place and many amenities. I liked the gym and the room. Also the breakfast buffet was amazing.
