Crowne Plaza MUSCAT by IHG

Due to an unexpected change of plans, I needed to extend my stay in Muscat and wanted a hotel with a pool and beach access to relax. My guide recommended this hotel, and I booked a one-night stay. The check-in process was very fast, and the staff was welcoming. They even took care of delivering my luggage to the room while I was wrapping up a conversation with my guide. The room was incredibly spacious and nice, featuring a large, comfortable bed, a work desk, a refrigerator, and a closet with a safe and an ironing board inside. The bathroom is also quite large and fully stocked with all the essential amenities you need, including soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. If you forgot something, just call reception. The hotel is a bit isolated if you don't have a car, but since my goal was to rest, it didn't bother me at all. They offer a scheduled shuttle bus service to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Mall of Oman, and the Muttrah Souq. You just need to book it in advance, which makes it very easy to explore Muscat without relying on taxis. I included breakfast with my room since there is nothing around the hotel. The breakfast is really good with a great variety of food and a live egg station. Really loved my stay here!

This has to be one of my favourite hotels I've stayed at and I can see why people rave about this hotel and why it is consistently rated amongst the best in Oman. The staff are 10/10 and deal with every interaction with a smile. They are very knowledgeable and very clear with communications. The room was stunning with a partial sea view. It was very spacious with a bed that you get lost in. The bed was incredible and I dont think I have slept that well in years. The room itself is very quiet so you really do feel like you are alone on an island. The bathroom was done well and the shower head sprays water as if it was soft mist hitting you but with enough force to have a shower. The facilities were also amazing with a private beach that is clean and perfectly situated and you can walk out when the tide is low. There are also a few different levels you can sit on and relax as well as an infinity pool. The gym is well equipped and there are tennis courts outside and squash rooms available along with a steam room and sauna in both the men's and women's areas. There are 3 restaurants here and personally dukes was my favourite with a great selection of food. And each dish is well sized and there was not one miss for me. The Rib-eye steak was a personal standout. Overall this place is amazing and I will 10000% be returning. Thank you to all

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Crowne Plaza Muscat. After changing our plans at the last minute, we were delighted with the beautiful location, ocean views, excellent food and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Deepika, who went above and beyond to help us with our late check-out and currency exchange. She was professional, attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay easier. She is a real asset to the hotel. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and this is the only hotel we plan on staying at when visiting Oman. Thank you to the entire team for making the first part of our honeymoon so special!

I really liked it! The beach is gorgeous and protected from the waves. Great location. Heated pool. Very attentive staff. The sunset view is magnificent. I will definitely come back here!
