This fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has stainless steel appliances, new luxury vinyl planks, and huge walk-in closets (if you want a walk-in closet, this is the place!). The 10 foot ceilings make it even more spacious. Convenience is key - the location is perfect! It is right off of Broad Street in downtown Murfreesboro only 4 blocks from the square. It is 2.4 miles from Ascension St Thomas hospital and only 2 miles from MTSU. There 2 parking spaces.
*Washer/dryer are in the home.
*Certain pets are allowed with 1 time pet fee.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:At booking, if you require an additional 30 minuets past 10 AM, you may do so for $50 extra. Soccer tournament weekend
We had a good stay, the only complaint we had was the water and ice out of the refrigerator was really nasty. The house was nice and entry was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Weekend Getaway
It was a great experience - the place was perfectly clean, the instructions were clear, and we had a great time. Having a bathroom next to/attached to each bedroom meant that we never had any issues getting ready/splitting the space which was important to me. We had more than enough towels and whatnot. 10/10 experience.

It was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a rental. 10 out 10 would stay here again.
