Hotel in zona Sto. Domingo De Guzman Sub-Parish, Muntinlupa

Ottimo servizio clienti dal personale. Molto amichevole e accogliente. Il posto è magnifico e ha superato le mie aspettative! Perfetto posto, dal momento che è solo a piedi dal centro commerciale.

Ho visitato le Filippine per un mese di lavoro in marzo e si trovava a Alabang. Mi sento molto fortunato di essere stato prenotato all'Hotel e Apartments Somerset, perché è stato un luogo davvero fantastico per soggiornare. Aveva uno dei loro appartamenti al piano 13 e le viste erano sorprendenti. Le strutture fornite erano brillanti. L'unica cosa che mi riguardava era che la doccia non era molto potente. Ho fatto rapporto, e avevano la testa del doccia pulita per cercare di migliorare il flusso, ma purtroppo non c'era alcun cambiamento. In nessun modo era davvero un problema, quindi ero felice di lasciarlo andare, perché il doccia era ancora utile. Se invece avessi pagato per la stanza, invece che per la mia compagnia, avrei chiesto loro di guardarla di nuovo; il buffet di colazione non era troppo per il mio gusto, ma c’era una scelta piuttosto ampia per coloro che amavano quello che avevano offerto. I menu per pranzo e cena erano molto meglio e avrei davvero raccomandato la pizza o il hamburger perché sono deliziosi. Ci sono anche una vasta gamma di bevande disponibili. La piscina e la zona di piscina sono molto ben mantenute e sicuramente ho fatto uso di questo quotidiano. C'era un uomo che lavorava all'hotel, che ho visto intorno alla piscina, chiamato Christianne. Era sempre così gentile, accogliente, ospite e amichevole. Era molto bene a guardare gli ospiti e si assicurava che fossero felici e confortevoli. Egli è venuto da me ogni giorno per chiedermi come sono stato e se avevo bisogno di qualcosa. La casa e la ricezione sono assolutamente bellissime e ancora una volta, il personale era sorprendentemente benvenuto e amichevole. Infatti, il personale in tutte le aree dell'hotel era grande. Di solito incontrate uno o due membri del personale di gruppo, ma non questa volta. Ero a lavorare le notti e la mia bellissima signora di pulizia lavorava intorno, sempre pulendo la mia stanza alle 5 di ogni giorno dopo avermi chiesto quale era il mio tempo preferito. Vorrei ricordare il suo nome perché era assolutamente carina. Se finissi un altro viaggio d'affari a Alabang in futuro, chiederò di essere nuovamente messo in questo hotel.

The room was cozy and clean. Very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. They also gave us complimentary cake and greeting for my bday celebration. The check in/out was fast. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We will surely come back. I highly recommend this hotel.

是個汽車旅館，有很多車庫，車庫有樓梯上二樓。 房間有2道門，門之間有個枱子，可以方便服務員送東西。 房間挺大，設施不全，要了水壺（包括純凈水、水壺、玻璃杯、咖啡杯、咖啡等，是一套） 床挺大，蓋的衹給了床單，又要了一個毯子。 有個特別躺椅，整體成型，躺上面還挺舒服。 有類似快餐店的餐桌和沙發，但是旁邊沒有電源。衞生間門口有個流線型的梳粧台，有吹風機和電源，勉強在那裡辦公。 早餐提前説好時間，第二天會直接送到房間。 你不提要求，沒人會來打擾你，也不會來收拾房間。 沒有房卡，可能是出門自己反鎖，回來找服務員開門（菲律賓味英語沒聽太明白） 房間發現有蟑螂。 總結：房間大，下單式服務，適合有車一族。

1st the location is very nice its in the vicinity of BGC near sm aura and market market 5mins walk . 2nd the Room is very clean no insect no bed bugs its a thumbs up 3rd the room rate ia very cheap.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 4th all the staff are very accomodating  The request has been granted for the higher floor city view . 5th i expected a little bit much for the breakfast How i wish next time  would have something better like longanisa or connbeef or even bacon.   What i ate for 7am was cold food. The scrbled egg was cold the rice is cold also the .  Good thing that time they have egg section where i requested to cooked new so i could eat hot breakfast.  I highly suggest this hotel to add oven toaster in their buffet breakfast area so. Everybody can  have toast bread without waiting too long .  Surely will booked ths again 😊🥰🥰 ohh lastly, the quality of the pillow and the bed is so nice i think its EMMA  brand  so comfy!!  Very very nice  Plus points for me.   They also have bathrobe 👌🏻🥰😊 so perfect! 3rd floor for buffet swimming and gym area which i also loved.

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。

Il Grand Westside Hotel è stato un piacevole soggiorno, perfetto per la nostra rilassante fuga di fine settimana. Un'attenzione speciale è stata la colazione, con un menu completo e soddisfacente. Anche noi vogliamo estendere il nostro cuore grazie a Kim per averci aiutato a prenotare la nostra stanza. In generale, è stata una splendida esperienza.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. Durante il mio recente viaggio a Makati, sono rimasto a Abraham Manila. Dopo un viaggio di autobus 4-hour dalla provincia, arrivando a Abraham Manila è stata una pausa benvenuta. Ho scelto la loro camera doppia, che era proprio giusto per il mio breve soggiorno a Manila. La stanza era accogliente e confortevole, offrendo un bel posto per rilassarsi. Se stai cercando opzioni economiche, hanno anche alloggi in camera da letto. Uno dei migliori a proposito del mio soggiorno è stato il riempimento d'acqua sul 7o piano, che era davvero bello. E avere una stanza di lavoro dedicata è stato bello per ottenere il lavoro a distanza in un luogo tranquillo. Il personale di Abraham Manila era sorprendente, sempre pronto ad aiutare con tutto quello che avevo bisogno. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel a Poblacion, Makati, era perfetta. Ci sono stati molti ristoranti e bar vicino per esplorare, rendendo facile trovare qualcosa di nuovo da provare ogni notte.

La stanza era pulita e temperata, e nonostante la prenotazione di un ultimo minuto, ci hanno accolti subito. Il personale era piacevole, e la posizione è convenientemente vicino al centro commerciale. Il buffet colazione era magnifico! Certamente torneremo! P.S. foto è stata presa prima di check-out ☺️
