Hotel con parcheggio a Muntinlupa

Quando arrivammo, le stanze erano pulite, e c’erano bandiere per il compleanno di mia moglie, e una tazza di torta che era davvero dolce, anche se la stanza era profumata di mattone, che era comprensibile perché il pavimento era posato con essa. Vorrei che ci fossero freschieri d'aria per far sentire meglio la stanza. Avevamo una vista sulla piscina, ma purtroppo, a causa dei recenti tipi di tifoni, non era accessibile. Il letto e le mutandine erano comodi e la cosa migliore è che la camera condizionata funzionava bene!  Il buffet per colazione era medio in termini di gusto.Niente di speciale. Il personale era gentile ma non vede davvero grandi sorrisi e vibrazioni ospitali I'ho usato per altri hotel.  I guardiani di sicurezza sono molto amichevoli e accoglienti.

It was a pleasant stay. Bathroom was clean. Bed were made and ckean. It's just a bummer that it was raining so we really didnt enjoy the pool area that much. Nothing the hotel can do about it. Thank you, Acacia!

Le esigenze di base come una caldaia d'acqua, occhiali/smogli, i servizi igienici di base non sono forniti. Non è un venditore, ma sarebbe bello tenerli tutti nella stanza. né buono né cattivo: 1. Non ci sono tante strutture qui, quindi l'hotel è stato in grado di scaricare i prezzi. Il vertice: vorrei essere tornato per soggiorni futuri, se necessario, a causa del lavoro.

I had a wonderful stay at Vivere Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that really hit the spot. I also had a great night's sleep—the bed was super comfortable, and the room was quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

Se si sta per attuare questo , non ha senso addestrare il personale così tutti sono sulla stessa pagina? Quindi, qual è il punto di questo controllo web in allora? Quindi, anche con questo sistema in vigore, il processo di controllo era dolorosamente lento e ci voleva molto tempo perché il desk front stava prendendo il tempo con tutte le loro forme di carta e cercando di capire come funzionavano le cose. In secondo luogo, la nostra prenotazione era per 3 pach, ma la camera - set era per due. Quindi abbiamo chiesto di avere delle attrezzature per la terza persona. Quindi perché i primi due ospiti ottengono ‘servizi di marca’ mentre la terza ottiene un set generico? (Vedere foto) Altre cose Colazione è stata buona e l'accento del soggiorno accesso alla piscina è stato fino a 8. Quindi perché non possono essere prolungate le ore per almeno due ore per l'uso solo per adulti ? L'intero giorno vedo già famiglie con bambini nella piscina, quindi sarebbe bello avere un po' di ore più tranquille e calme per gli adulti solo inma

Ho già controllato due volte all'Hotel B e abbiamo recentemente prenotato il nostro soggiorno qui per il nostro anniversario tutto quello che posso dire è che non si disapprovano mai per farci sentire benvenuti ☺️ Devo dire, è stato un piacere assoluto. Ci sono stati accolti caldamente dalla guardia, dai ricevitori del front desk e dai camerieri che hanno avuto un'incredibilmente utile e attenta durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. L'hotel stesso era pulito, elegante e ben progettato e mi fa sentire come se stessi soggiornando in un posto di alta qualità. La mia camera era spaziosa e immacolatamente pulita, con un comodo letto e tutte le attrazioni che mi servivano durante il mio soggiorno. Renz, che è il cameriere in quel momento, vorrei ringraziare per avermi chiesto cosa ho bisogno e per aver fornito tutte le mie richieste. Vorrei anche ringraziare i ricevitori di front desk Madz, tin, pau e abbi che hanno assicurato che il nostro soggiorno sia stato regolare e tutte le nostre richieste sono state rispettate. Inoltre ci hanno offerto la navetta che è in tempo quando chiediamo di prendere e di scendere. Anche il loro concierge TJ se posso ricordarlo bene, è molto gentile e in tempo durante il nostro servizio. Grazie alabang B hotel!!!! Sicuramente saremo indietro ☺️❤️

This was my 3rd stay at the Somerset and it didn't disappoint. In terms of strengths there are a few areas that stand out. 1) Service - The staff are fantastic. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Nothing is too difficult, and I have never encountered anyone whose attitude was less than A+. I was last here 6 years ago and several staff members even remembered me. A special mention to Ross, who is one of the most impressive people I have come across working in a hotel. He is so kind and constantly goes out of his way to improve the experience of the hotel guests. In a place where the standard of service is already so high, it's incredible that he still stands out. The Somerset is so lucky to have him, and I hope that is recognised by management. Also, a special thanks to our housekeeper Ralph. He was so thorough and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. In general, the standard of housekeeping I have had at the Somerset is the best I have experienced. 2) Pool & Gym - The pool is absolutely beautiful. Great place to chill. Infinity style with a good mix of sun and shade. Heaps of sunbeds and days beds. Long enough to do laps if you want and not that busy. The gym is the best I have seen at a hotel. As someone who regularly works out it exceeded my expectations. Most hotel gyms are pretty rubbish, but this one is close to fully equipped. 3) Location - Great spot only 5 minutes' walk from shopping centers and restaurants. No need to take public transport if you stay here. Despite being so central it is pretty calm and quiet, particularly by Manilla standards. 4) Rooms - We stayed in the one bedroom. It was clean, spacious and modern with everything you need for a short-, medium-, or long-term stay. 5) Restaurant - The Onsite restaurant is really good and is actually catered by the chef who operates another very well-known restaurant nearby. We ate here 3 times and found the food both high quality and good value. A big improvement from when I last stayed here 6 years ago. The hotel doesn't have any real weaknesses but there is one opportunity I'd like to highlight that would have brought my experience to the next level. Food Allergy Labelling - I suffer from several food allergies. In western countries most restaurant menus are labelled so people know which food contains different allergens (gluten, dairy, vegan ect). The Philippines in general is terrible for this and having to check and recheck this stuff with restaurant staff is honestly the most stressful part of travelling for me. Considering how many of the hotel's guests are westerners it would be great if the restaurant could add these labels to their menu. Food allergies are very common. It would be easy for the restaurant to do and make a big difference for guests like me. Overall, I had a great stay. Thanks again Somerset Alabang and see you next time.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”.
