"Abbiamo avuto una camera ampia nella nuova parte. Relativamente semplice in termini di arredamento ma molto pulito. I letti erano un po ' troppo morbide per noi ma anche molto bene. Molto amichevole personale e nel ristorante un cameriere che amano uno scherzo. Il cibo, in particolare i cervi medaglioni, è molto buono. Purtroppo, poca scelta nei dolci. La colazione è deliziosa e spaziosa abbastanza. Succo d'arancia, purtroppo, da un costume/flacone. Un punto critico è il proprietario/gestore dell'hotel che ha svolto il personale in presenza di clienti (tutti hanno potuto sentirlo). Non essere chiaro!"

"Very nice hotel at the German Campus in Münster - cool, what can be enchanted from an old factory site ... With the bike, the centre is very well reached (approximately 10 minutes), walking takes more than half an hour. For the good breakfast, a little too high price is called for €21."

"We arrived late and were impressed with the room layout and ease of check-in. The problems started with the hot room that had no AC. We opened the window which helped cool the room, but not the hot bathroom. Then we crawled into bed late at night to find DIRTY sheets - so gross! The sheets were more of a problem because they are a terrible material, like a paper napkin. They were itchy. I’m not sure if it was the material, or something crawling in the dirty sheets but it was a long miserable night…. Well, actually just a long couple hours. The sun comes up at 4am so we wanted to close the shades, which also blocks off the cool air leaving you in a hot room again. THEN the backhoe starts moving bricks right outside your window at 6:10am. It was a miserable, hot, itchy, couple hours of sleep and I would never repeat it! We contacted the hotel and they offered us no refund for our miserable night, but 20% off our next stay. Haha, no! We will never stay there again."

"I was very disappointed about the hotel. When I was reading the ratings before staying there I was looking forward to stay there. After arriving I noticed a really offensive smell coming from drain in our bathroom. It smelled like a cesspool. We contacted the recepionist immediately and he assured us the housekeeping would come and taking care of it. What should I say, they were not able to cut off the horrible smell. We got in touch with the recepionist again and he offered to change the room for one night but had to return to room in the second night. I was travelling with an ill person and two room changes within two days meant to much stress above all the annoyance was still there. So we deciced to leave after a one night stay. The staff told us they would talk to the manager and in their opinion they shouldn't charge the second night to us and should reduce the rate for the first one. Two weeks after leaving Münster they emailed us, they won't lower the bill. I was appalled. In my opinion they won't care about the satisfaction of their guest. In summary I must say I would never ever stay there again above all the furniture and the room we had were old-fashioned and in bad condition in my opinion. Furthermore there were less parking space."

"Non c'è un guaio da bruciare, nessuna trappola, nessuna trappola da dente, non è molto abituato. Più vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, il quartiere è il centro della città. La vecchia zona può essere vista invertita e protetta."

Hotel Conti am Hauptbahnhof

"Quello che mi è piaciuto meno dell'hotel è che e' molto rumorevole. Le finestre non sono abbastanza per isolare il rumore della strada. L'hotel è davanti alla stazione centrale del treno e c'era un sacco di brutto di giovani che urlavano e cantavano fino a ore alti della mattina. Nel cassetto c'erano tappeti per le orecchie, ma questi non erano sufficienti per isolare il suono. Il letto era giusto, anche se aveva solo un cuscino e questo era molto morbido. Il resto era buono. Il personale in reception era gentile. Ci hanno invitati a un consumo al bar."

"Hotel molto ben situato (5min al centro della città, 10min al consiglio) ,è un ottimo e diverso buffet per colazione. Le camere sono grandi e OK, ma: in parte le porte sono obsoleti e liberi, le finestre non si apre, nelle suite è difettoso in una stanza TV, l'ascensore è estremamente alto da sentire. Il servizio è amichevole e buono, ma a volte non è abbastanza informato su dove si trova e come arrivare. Quindi, c'è potenziale di miglioramento!"
