To be fair, the room served the purpose. The problem was a) airport shuttle b) morning receptionist.
A - the airport shuttle doest exist. They call you a taxi that picks you up from the airport, you need to have a phone, so the driver tells you where to wait. Why not to have one meeting spot and make the process smoother? Airport drop off starts running from 7 or 9 am. My flight was at 7, so I had to pay for a taxi by myself.
B) I visited Frankfurt during taring strike. The receptionist told me to google info on transportation, well dont speak German. She didnt warn me that Uber didnt come to the place, so I waisted an hour trying to get a ride. I was stacked at the hotel, just I am not used to such unhelpful staff. Overall very unfriendly person with no willingness to help travels.
In addition, there is no coffee or tea in common area as advertise. You can buy some at the restaurant downstairs that opens at 5:30pm. Misinformation.
