The room was very spacious and clean. The surroundings were well maintained. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and they assisted promptly. The housekeeping staff, Mrs. Elizabeth was courteous and helpful when requested for a room service. The housekeeping manager Mr. Deepak Chaudhary listened to my room service improvement and promised to execute them for future guests. However, the food and beverages served weren't tasty. The chefs need to pay attention to the quality and taste of food and beverages served.

An excellent hotel with top price value central to all excursions, trekking and tour offers with public or private buses and tour providers. The rooms are clean, have hot water and offer all standard comfort. The hotel operator is available to help with any questions you may have about munnar or anything else about the stay. It was a wonderful stay for exploring the national parks and beautiful surroundings.

The location is excellent, situated in a secluded area on way to the tata tea packaging factory in pallivasal. The property is enveloped by picturesque tea plantations, offering a splendid view of the aatukad waterfalls and the valley. The culinary experience is exceptional, with hygienic food prepared on a made-to-order basis. However, it's important to note that the ghat road leading to the property is narrow and has a steep slope, requiring caution for those unfamiliar with driving in hilly terrains. Regrettably, there is no designated campfire area as advertised. In summary, the stay is above average overall.

Lake Zone resort is the place to stay when visiting Chinnakanal, Munnar, Suryanelli or any of the stunning locations in the area. From the moment of arrival to the moment of check out, the service from the hotel manager and the other staff was exceptional. There are staff on call 24/7 so there is always someone to cater to you needs, but also it provides a homely and secure environment. The rooms were exceptionally furnished and were adequately sized, but the main highlight is the view. We were lucky to stay in the Lake View rooms with a truly stunning vista overlooking Anayirangal lake, which we were able to view from the veranda and our rooms. When staying at Lake Zone, there is no need to search for places to eat elsewhere. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort where there is a wide variety of dishes on offer; it was lovely to have our meals on the veranda overlooking the mountains. The resort has direct contacts to trusted tour guides who will take you on a Jeep ride to see the sunrise at Kollukamalai. Seeing the spectacular views with the mist shrouding the mountains is truly unforgettable. All in all, a truly magical holiday, and much of that is down to the outstanding service provided at the Lake Zone resort.

Excellent Location and Views Stayed at this beautiful resort this weekend for 1 Night with family and we had a wonderful time. We did not have much expectations, but we were wonderfully surprised by 1. The location of the resort. Truly this is the highest point in Munnar. Mist filled rooms and surroundings. 2. The AlaCarte dinner was very tasty and surprisingly reasonably priced. The breakfast was the highlight, with the Appam and chicken Stew taking the top price. They had quite good spread as well. Hats off to Chef Jijesh and team for making this memorable for the food alone. 3. Excellent views from the bedrooms and balcony. The sunset view was supposed to be great, but we missed that due to rains. 4. The rooms were neat and well kept and the staff were also very responsive to any requests. There was a common camp fire, a play area and a view point. The road to the property was also fine if you are coming from the Hydel Park side and it is just 4km from the bridge. If you are approaching from Munnar Bypass then the road is good, but steep for the last 5 km. A good place to relax and spent some quality time with family with some excellent food..

Great place to stay in Munnar which is at par with many International Hotel chains. The staff are courteous and hospitable . The food choice is limited but by far one of the best In Munnar. This place also has a Bar attached. In house facilities like room service, Laundry is quick and efficient. The Breakfast has a variety of mostly Vegetarian options which are something to look forward to start your day. Location is ideal, just away from the hustle & bustle of down town. The Views from some rooms are beautiful to wakup to in the morning. Ask for the Mountain View in front. Overall very happy with my 1 week stay at Issac’s Residency.
