Our family really enjoyed our stay at Le Celestium in Munnar. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff very helpful arranging local tours to visit the tea plantations. Douglas and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Room is small, there is no bed light, no hot water for 24 hrs, only on timing, there is ketle for hot water, location is good & clean, only 1 bottle water bottle for 2 person so its not normale, food is not so good, parking is limited places only

Food is not a good, hotel manager is not good he is looking only money, other staff is very good and polite. If i asked to manager i am getting on same room booking at 1600 after he back-end side mean admin level he removed the rate this price and he said check now then i have again checked in mm t then that booking is not showing. Then he said i will give you in 2000 final price. This is a scam right? other services and location is also good. Next day i have booked from mm t same room then i got in only 1733.

The service was very good and the staffs were friendly and well mannered. The rooms were also clean and tidy. Overall a very good stay.

I have travel-led with my family. There's no 24*7 hot water. Also the room service is worst. This hotel needs to improve their facilities for the cost they get. Also the manager is rude

The location was good as it was accesissimo to the main market area of munnar. The service of the hotel was also pretty good

It was an average experience. The property is quite old and rooms are not maintained well. They have a timing for hot water which might ruin your sight seeing plans. This was not mentioned here while booking. They don‘t allow outside food and this too wasn’t mentioned while booking.
