This Review is about Elixir Deep woods resort Rooms: Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Only problem we found was there was no intercom available inside the room to reach out to the reception. Mobile network : only BSNL Mobile network was working, Airtel was not working. I don’t have idea about other network. They have one common WiFi network for all the rooms But the range is very poor. Location: it is located around 13 kms away from Munnar town in Letchmi Estate, which will take you around 45 minutes from town and auto one way they will charge 300 rupees. Amenities: only swimming pool is available in the deep woods resort. Other facilities like restaurant, gym, access to private waterfall is available in Elixir hills resort which might be around 1 km from deep woods resort. So to go to the restaurant or use any other amenities you will have to go all the way from deep woods to elixir hills for which they are providing jeep service. As far as I have noticed only 1 jeep is available. Restaurant: the food is very costly. A cup of tea or coffee will cost you 115 rupees. Likewise all the items are costly. For complimentary breakfast they are providing buffet with 20 + varieties of dishes. You can order the food in your room but they said it will take around 1 hr to reach. Elixir hills: is vey beautiful for taking photos. I don’t know much about elixir as we did not stay there. One best thing they did for us was they allowed us for late check out around 2 pm as our bus to home town was at 4pm. For every small thing we had to go to Elixir only that was painful other than that we had a pleasant stay in deep woods resort. Thank you for your hospitality and service. If you are looking for a stay then Elixir hills is better option than deep woods resort.

As the name suggests, it’s actually in the deep woods. The location is absolutely gorgeous but the property isn’t managed well. Water problem in the bathroom, uncleanliness, broken furniture, curtains coming off are just few of the things that you may notice.

Good food and accommodation.nice view and ambience .water fall experience is awesome.staffs are very supportive.indoor games and gym are very good.pools are hygiene. Gym needs more equipments and weight.

We had a great time there Looking forward to stay more !! Loved the property and food 🥰 Food Hospitality everything was good you guys should visit anytime 🥰 The climate was so good there . I will be back soon

A good ambience with waterfalls near by, a good resort in Munnar with luxury facilities and with good exposure to nature. We can explore the waterfalls which is within the resort premises, overall a good place to spent your time.

Great property. The area is so vast that we have to travel in a vehicle to reach from one place to another(walking in this property is also great). Excellent ambiance. Good privacy. Had a nice stay. The food was delicious. Staff's were friendly.

Excellent location. Luxury rooms and courteous staff. The buffet was delicious with variety of food items and drinks. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Deep Woods. Looking forward to come again. Babey Kurian.

Excellent place to spent holidays. The resort is located in a serene location which gives amazing ambience and the highlight was we could enjoy the cold weather in summer season. The staff are benevolent.

Amazing experience and cordial hospitality. I visited this place with bunch of fringe in year 2017 during June. Still we reminiscent the property and specially warmness of resort owner. They dint have network coverage then which was actually good as we all enjoyed time each other :)
