We had a very nice experience at this hotel. The staff is well-trained and professional, making our stay comfortable. The vibe here is fantastic – breathtaking views, lush green surroundings, and beautiful architecture that blend seamlessly with nature. Even with all the greenery, we didn’t have any issues with insects, thanks to their effective pest control. They’ve really struck a perfect balance between nature and modern comfort. A highlight for us was the nature trail within the resort, a lovely way to explore the grounds. Since the property is quite large, they also offer buggy service for those who need it, which is super convenient. Overall, it’s a relaxing and a beautiful place to stay!

The resort is excellent. The service is impeccable. Food is delicious. Super spacious rooms and the views of the mountains are breat taking. While all the staff were humble and always happy to help, some names that I will never forget are Mr. Palani, recreation Manager, Mr Tom, the front desk manager, Ms vidya at the restaurant, chef Kunal. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Taj hotels have always been so welcoming and a great host. This time also it was an exceptional stay with breathtaking views of the cliff beaches from our room window. The food here was one of a kind. Would definitely come back here on my next trip to Varkala.

Excellent property, well managed, good staff, good customer service. Restaurant - food was amazing- Vidya, Deeki and other staff working at The Hub took good care of us and went above and beyond to accommodate our palate. Palani - concierge was an outstanding host. He took us on a tea plantation jeep tour and being a local we got an in-depth look at the tea plantations. Would definitely recommend this tour.

We had a lovely stay at the Scenic Munnar as a family of 3. The staff were wonderful - great service, very accommodating. The restaurant staff in particular were very helpful, and the food was delicious. Palani took us on both an incredible jeep tour through nearby tea plantations and on a nature walk around the hotel and pointed out local flora and fauna. The hotel itself is beautifully situated and very well kept. We are looking forward to returning.

Good gym Trainer and hotel is very good best view everything is awesome 💯 Must meet Gym trainer- Romin The food is great and the service they provide is best. The pool is very clean Overall every staff if very friendly and helpful They maintain the resort very good and clean

Wonderful service I was staying in room 108 it had a amazing view and all the staff were so supporting and house keeping service was wonder full so clean and hygienic from house keeping Mr Soumya take care of my room I have 106,108,109,110these were my rooms and house keeping staff has clean as per our expectations

Thaneshwar and rangkang were really good and gave us very nice arrangements . Their sped in housekeeping was commendable . All the staff at scenic is very friendly . Fantastic property to visit with friends and family . They gave us cake and also decorated the room for birthday .
