Hotel relativamente nuovo ossia gia vecchio. Attenzione Alle reception non gradiscono le prenotazioni fatte su altri siti . Piscina sia interna che esterna ( a tempo max 1 ora ,poi ti mandano via ) minuscole e sottodimensionate. Ristorante 1 chiuso altro scarso . Buona e varia la colazione . Parcheggio sotterraneo scomodissimo e sottodimensionato. Cinque stelle che in realta' sono 3/4.

Non smoking hotel, bonus. This is a true 5 star hotel. We visited for a week leaving Saturday. Three couples. Planned this visit for a year. The rooms we had were all lovely although all very slightly different for the same price. I had two under my booking. One with balcony one not for instance. Check in was good, friendly, fast and efficient. Room arrival was positive. Rooms ooze quality and the ‘in room’ lighting control panels make the room easy for you to manage. Complimentary water each day. Breakfast was a luxurious affair each day. A banquet. You can ask for cappuccinos, latte’s, etc. from your waiting staff. You can also order specific breakfast items outside of the fabulous buffet ie eggs benedict, omelette etc. any special requirements are catered for. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening and ate on the slopes during the day. We did eat in the ski bar one evening. It’s luxurious, food was ok but the drinks are very expensive. Very. We would have gone in there more had it been more reasonable. 1600 rsd for a glass of white wine, £12 at todays rate. Only smoking area. The Spa was a lovely experience. Sauna. Steam room. Small pool but nice. Sections where you can Jacuzzi. Whole place lovely and clean. Paid for a massage with Christine as recommended by my friend who did one day before. Nice lady. They definitely should keep her in the books. We had room service one evening. Pizza. Very well presented. Reasonable. Nice food. Good service. This hotel is all about quality. The staff are friendly. Professional. When I arrived back after a severe slope injury the day before I was due to leave they could do enough. I did look pretty grim with the post crying face and the strapped up leg. Hopping around. Immediate help offered. Big bag of ice delivered to the room after I was wheeled up to our room which was handy as I could not have walked there. So kind. So concerned. I appreciated my get well note very much, the macaroons and the fruit. Thank you. The next day I went to breakfast in my husbands shorts as the thick strapping did not allow for easy clothing. Our wonderful waitress Sanya again could not do enough, just like most days, she did give me a much appreciated hug which was very kind of her. Set me off crying again. Thank you Sanya your a credit to the Viceroy. Taking my last walk / lift down to check out I was offered help with my small wheelie bag by a lovely lady. I was trying to use it to help me walk but not getting far. I did not get the ladies name however she worked as head of marketing for the hotel. Thank you for your help from the second floor. I did appreciate it. So before I make a few suggestions here are the plus points Great location. Book early and the room rates are reasonable. The hotel is quality. Oozes it. Virtually non smoking. Nice spa. Great breakfast experience. All of the Viceroy staff are wonderful. Door staff, reception, cleaners, waiting, bar, room service,
