We visited as a special birthday request and the night was just beautiful. The food was excellent and beautifully presented and the staff service was terrific . The view from upstairs Restaurant was just amazing and we wished we were all staying overnight ! Thank you to the famous chef Sandeep and all the staff for a wonderful experience.

I booked and stayed here for a family wedding. The hotel charged me for two rooms and are refusing to provide me with a refund. Totally unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I am a 79 year old and cannot believe that they would treat any customer in this way

We were frequenting the Glenview for morning meetings, as the breakfast was reasonable value at €15. It then increased to €16 which was still ok. But next the cost increased to €25 & we then submitted our complaint at such a large % increase. No reply from Glenview which was most unusual as we had gone to the trouble of commenting. We then moved our business to another venue

WARNING It’s not what it says on the tin, or at least, it’s not what it says on the website! I booked a 2night stay with breakfast and dinner package. Highlighted at the top of the booking screen there was a message stating “Dinner included for all nights” but when we arrived the receptionist said that only one dinner was included as was shown in the small print on the booking confirmation. He was totally disinterested in the screen shot I had taken showing the message but offered to get his manager to speak with me. She told me that the message “Dinner included for all nights” was a mistake and that we had only one dinner included. Rather than offering anything to immediately resolve the issue, she said she would be in touch with an offer for our next visit! Our room was adequately furnished (no usb charging ports available (and none at reception either), by the way) but could have done with a little tlc (replace the torn curtains, for instance?). On the plus side, the restaurant staff were really friendly and very helpful and the food was excellent. The freshly prepared breakfasts are definitely worth waiting for!

We stayed in the double room with the bed and breakfast package. We was beyond impressed with the room, the food and the service from staff members. There is an excellent dinner menu that is reasonably priced, the staff in the Woodlands Restaurant were incredibly kind and offered complimentary breads and sorbet before our meal. The cooked breakfast menu was also very impressive and the continental breakfast was great. The bar also had a wide selections of fraught beers and cider, spirits, bottles and soft drinks. We also used the leisure club that was incredible. It offered a large pool, multiple jacuzzis, an outdoor hot tub, two cold plunges, a sauna and a steam room. Both the pool area and changing rooms were very clean and well maintained. There is a nice garden at the front of the hotel and a nature trail that we didn’t get to see, but we will certainly be back to Glenview to see them next time.

It was our first visit to Glenview Hotel and we will definitely return. The hotel itself is fabulous with lovely lush grounds. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff were all so pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend The Glenview hotel.

Stayed during a busy weekend and overall had a positive experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and attentive. The room was clean, well maintained, and equipped with basic amenities. The gym and pool were satisfactory and met our expectations. Areas for improvement include the poor Wi-Fi, limited soundproofing in the rooms, and a rather slow breakfast service. Despite these minor issues, the stay was comfortable, and I would consider returning in the future. Thank you.
