Roses Regency Hotel and Suites

They can't be trusted with money..they are thieves. So I booked a room for a friend last week Saturday for Sunday lodging but my friend later cancelled due to some issues with her flight. I called them few minutes after I had spoken with my friend to cancel and refund, they said that refund can't be done on the weekend and asked that I be patient till Monday. So me thinking that I was dealing with business minded professionals decided to wait for my refund on the Monday without calling them. Monday came and past I didn't see anything. The next day - tuesday, I decided to call to ask y I didn't get the refund as promised on Monday? The lady told me that she saw the request that was made by me and started laughing telling me that it's holiday and she didn't realise that Monday has passed. After reminding her that it's not funny she then assured me that I will get my refund after the 1st October holiday. Okay Wednesday now, still no refund. I called earlier around past noon the man that answered me said he will remind the accountant. I have called them for nothing less than 25 times if not more from past 3pm to about 4pm they decided to ignore my calls.. For your security and your valuables sake, stay away from this hotel and their likes. They are no good
