Ottimo Hotel, personale estremamente cortese ed attento. Situato in zona residenziale e tranquilla. Distanti a piedi ci sono alcuni ristoranti tipici bavaresi. Parcheggio in loco. Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente conveniente. Camera molto spaziosa e pulizia impeccabile.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was just great. Staff was friendly and available at all times. Breakfast was classic buffet... simple and delicious. Room was facing towards garden and was quiet and nice to sleep. Only thing that is missing is Air conditioning. When we were staying it wasn't so hot but during hot summer days that could be a problem.

Excellent modern hotel in Perlach with good breakfast choices, convenient to #55 bus to Ostbahnhof UBahn station

I really liked staying at this hotel. It is located outside of city center , but there is a bus you can take to Ost Banhoff. I liked very much the room , the food at breakfast and the service of hotel's staff. I noticed this hotel is very demanded , so it is recommended to book it in advance

It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel. It's in a relatively quiet area with a village atmosphere but is also very well connected to Munich's excellent and efficient transport system. The hotel is clean and bright and rooms are nicely designed with balconies. The breakfast is excellent and there is a lovely shady courtyard off the breakfast area which is very welcome in in the hot weather. There are 2 very good bakeries & a large supermarket all within a stone's throw and a lovely little tree-lined stream enhances the village feel. There are also 2 good restaurants/beer gardens a few minutes walk away. The key though is the staff. It is family run and I was treated like a friend of the family. All the staff I met, including the cleaner and the breakfast organiser were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is nice, but in the summer it's hot and uncomfortable because they don't have air conditioning or even a fan. You have to open the door to the balcony for air, but you will get all the noise from the street, plus thr cigar smoke from all your neighbors, and people smoke a lot there. Also, the room has no refrigerator, no microwave. The price paid was fair for what you get. No free breakfast.

Very effiiciently run business hotel. The out of hours check in system is great. Reception desk very welcoming and professional. The building is nice and new, the breakfast delicious. A great hotel with good public transport connections right outside.
