Total score 8/10 Would recommend to stay again Room: Very stylish and functional. Nice touches and quality throughout. Bed was very comfy with good quality linens. Nice plug sockets but no direct usb for a newish hotel. Bring a travel plug. Only downside which was slightly annoying the room features advertised are not present. We were missing the sound system stated on website. Our original room had some stains, possibly blood or dark red nail polish on bedding. Upon informing staff nect morning we were upgraded for rest of stay. This was a nice gesture. The room has coffee machine but no tea facilities. We did ask in the night and were told it was not possible. However then next day a kettle was sent to the room. Bathroom: Perfect. Good shower and amazing bath. Really nice products. Restaurant Izayka was really very very good. V cool vibe. Music in the background. The food was outstanding and reminded me of a trip to Japan. The robata grilled chicken was outstanding. I felt the quality and delivery to be on par with Nobu and Hakkasan (london) Service Few blips here and there but overall. Staff were polite and helpful. Pool and spa Visually stunning and very nice. Overall a great stay in Munich and shall be recommending to friends and family.

Shoutout to Sandra and team for making this stay the most memorable stay in our two weeks trip to Europe! Sandra is the most amicable and friendly staff I met. We had 1-2 questions but she went all out to help us with it. She even gave us a little surprise as well. The hotel is just a stone throw away from The Central station. On the way back, you can buy food from Pommes Freunde which is not bad. Overall a lovely stay, will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a stay in Munich.

Il custode ha dimenticato di sostituire le tute e ha appena organizzato il letto un po', ha sostituito l'acqua e ha lasciato la finestra aperta. Dopo il checkout, il ricevitore ha fornito bottiglie d'acqua che è un bel movimento.

It was our first time in a Rocco Forte hotel and we were all really, really impressed! The Charles Hotel in Munich is excellent - with a great location, terrific food, really comfortable rooms, and an amazing staff. The breakfast is really, really good and includes some really fresh mozzarella (the best I've ever had), freshly sliced prosciutto, great coffee, smoked salmon, made to order eggs, and just about anything else you can imagine. Our room was very comfortable and looked out over the park. Everything in the room is excellent - maybe the best bathtub ever! The champaign in the lobby, throughout the day, is a really nice touch! Really enjoyed our conversations with Fabian, the hotel manager, and he has a great team! A really big thank you to Lena, a member of the concierge team, who helped us throughout our stay. Lena suggested some great local restaurants (we enjoyed Hoiz), was always available to offer some great suggestions, and somehow located some amazing Bayern Munich tickets for the Sunday night match. She is terrific - thank you! The hotel is about 5 minutes from the main train station (although it feels tucked away near the park) and is about 15 minutes to Marienplatz. Each morning, I borrowed one of the hotel bikes and spent about 1 hour biking around Munich (you can reach the English Gardens in about 10 minutes by bike). Great hotel, great people, and a wonderful place to spend some time in Munich.

Il servizio presso Bayerischer Hof inizia fuori, quando arrivano in macchina: prendono cura del bagaglio e prendono le chiavi per parcheggiare la vostra auto. La ricezione è molto amichevole, utile ed efficace ai sensi delle Corona-Regolamentazioni, per offrire una buona stanza per voi. La colazione è ancora buona, ma prima della Corona-Times era certamente meglio. Ho organizzato solo una cena al Trader Vic, che è molto bello per i turisti, ma non il cibo originale che conosco dall'Asia. I quattro giorni di Bayerischer Hof sono stati il momento più confortevole che abbia avuto quest'anno. E ora ho intenzione di tornare lì a dicembre - lo stesso hotel.

Beh, dove comincio. In pratica, è un ottimo hotel. Ma spesso i dettagli fanno l'esperienza. Mi sono divertito il mio soggiorno. Ci sono alcuni problemi che potrebbero ridurre l'esperienza. Posizione: Centrale, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla stazione di autobus. Il prossimo negozio è circa 5 minuti. a piedi, il prossimo buon ristorante circa 10 minuti. All'inizio della mattina si può sentire il traffico, l'hotel è direttamente sulla strada principale. Quindi, se qualcuno è sensibile al rumore della notte, non posso raccomandare di rimanere lì. Pulizia: Beh .... È un problema. Ho trovato dei capelli nel bagno. Uno di cui ho scoperto è che apparentemente il pulizia era troppo lato per uscire da qualche polvere un cestino perché lo metteva proprio sotto il mobilio che è sotto la TV. Mi dispiace, ma qualcosa del genere non dovrebbe succedere! Camera: ero felice con la stanza. Era grande e il mio letto era morbido e comodo. Ho dormito bene. Ciò che mi apprezzava molto è che il portatore delle tovaglie del bagno era riscaldato. E' piuttosto cool, ho incontrato qualcosa del genere la prima volta in un hotel. La TV era ok, quindi era la condizionamento d'aria. Stile è tipico per hotel/hotel d'affari mai. I mobili sembravano un po' sbattuti. Servizio: il personale era (principalmente) fantastico. Ho avuto tutto quello che avevo bisogno e l'ho preso rapidamente. Ti aiutano a ottenere tutte le informazioni sull'hotel che hai bisogno e sono stati molto amichevoli. Ciò che è un po' strano è che tutti i colleghi erano dalla Spagna. Credo che uno di loro parli tedesco, ma tutti gli altri parlavano inglese o spagnolo. Quindi non potevano fornire me qualche informazione che avevo bisogno di a Monaco. Questa è la prima volta che mi è successo qualcosa del genere in un hotel. Bar: Il bar è abbastanza freddo e le bevande sono buone. Un po' costoso, ma era OK per un tale hotel. Giacomo e Spa: Ci sono un giacomo e un spa, ma non ho avuto tempo di provarlo. In tutto ho avuto una buona esperienza e consiglierei l'hotel.

L'hotel è situato nel quartiere residenziale, molto tranquillo, e accanto a un ristorante cinese, il sapore è molto buono.Molti posti di auto accanto a lui, per essere vuoto, può fermarsi, pagare giorno e notte gratis.L'unico difetto è che non c'è aria condizionata, c'è un condizionatore d'aria condizionato, e la notte ad alta temperatura è un po' calda.

L'hotel è ben situato con accesso alla stazione centrale e alle principali zone pedonale di Monaco di Bavierto, che ha una popolazione importante di Turchia e Arabia. Non è il posto più pulito di Monaco, ma non abbiamo avuto problemi durante il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti. Noi non abbiamo parcheggio in loco e alcuni parchi auto sono più carini di altri. Abbiamo parcheggiato il noleggio nel garage di Sonnenhof sulla Landwehrstraße, a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel, sembrava anche un po' più bello di alcuni altri parchi auto nelle vicinanze e sono tutti molto simili a prezzo. La stanza era ben progettata con un bagno generoso, tutto era molto pulito e completamente funzionale. L’unica strana è il pavimento stranamente grosso che sembra un tessuto ma è più come un tessuto che cerca di essere un tessuto. Il bar dell'hotel è stato anche decentemente memorizzato e il barista è stato un bel capo. Si ricorda rapidamente che questo è più di un hotel di business quando tutti gli altri patroni lavorano sui loro PowerPoints. In generale, un buon posto per soggiornare e vedere Monaco per poche notti. Inoltre, molto ragionevolmente prezzi rispetto ad alcuni altri hotel nella zona.

This fairly small private hotel is a joy. The rooms are extremely well appointed and hold one great advantage over similar hotels in the vicinity of Munchen Hbf. ...... they feature kitchenette facilities (microwave, fridge and two electric rings). For supplies there is a Rewe supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are fabulous; from reception to room service. Although Schilerstrasse may not be to everyone's taste the hotel is virtually at the Hbf. end of the street so a visitor, if he/she so wishes, can avoid the 'Hostess' bars which are further down the street. Within a 10 minute walk you are right in the main shopping centre of the city. All the main brewery run restaurants are also within a 30 minute meander ...... Weisses Brauhaus, Andechser am Dom, zum Augustiner and zum Franziskaner.

La visita è molto buona.C'è un vegetariano e un delizioso hamburger.Anche in vacanza, devo essere salvato.Veder tutti i tipi di colazione di cognac è molto interessante.Non c'è BGM, vocale di lavoro, vocale di cibo, vocale d'oro e vocale di uccelli nel luogo di colazione. Posso mangiare colazione in un'atmosfera molto tranquilla.Questa volta vivo da solo, ma è un hotel ideale per una persona.Anche all'interno è molto carino.Voglio ancora usarlo.

We stayed in a studio apartment, the smallest type. The bed was comfortable, the table was large enough for two people to use as a desk, and the bathroom was spacious and safe. Ledges on the wall near the table gave us plenty of places to put small things without covering the table with them. The pillows were not what we are used to, but we worked out how to shape them so we could sleep on them. There were extras in the cupboard. The kitchenette had a microwave, a fridge, two hotplates and a dishwasher. Our only problem was that some of the kitchen utensils were missing (e.g. things to use with the frying pan) and Housekeeping apparently forgot to bring them after we gave a list to Reception. (A full equipment list is provided in the room.) We didn't pursue this matter; we bought a cheap wooden spoon and made do with that. We ate almost all our breakfasts and dinners in the room. There is a large Edeka supermarket near the Donnersbergerbruecke S-Bahn Station, and a smaller Netto closer by. (You need to look up where these are, as they are not on the main road.) It's also easy to shop near the Haupbahnhof and take the tram back to the hotel. The tram stop is right out the front of the building. The Donnersbergerbruecke S-Bahn station is now easier to reach, as a new access bridge has been built at the bottom of the side street (Helmholzstrasse) in the Arnulfpark. This area has been redeveloped in recent times, so what you see on aerial photos may be out of date. The basement laundry is well equipped and the machines have their own automatic liquid detergent supplies. You pay via a webpage, app or at Reception. The dryer left our clothes a bit damp, but we may not have chosen the best setting. As this is an apartment hotel, Housekeeping service the room once a week. Our room faced the main road. We are not bothered by traffic or tram noises. We didn't use the air conditioning, so can't comment on it. The room was warm at night but not too warm. We pulled the doona (duvet) out of the cover and slept with just the cover as a top sheet. We would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Buon hotel per posizione, pulizia e servizio colazione. La stanza familiare è stata perfetta per noi che abbiamo 2 figli adolescenti. Erano 2 camere comunicanti ognuna con il suo bagno. Peccato per la moquette che proprio non sopporto, gli arredi un po datati e i letti singoli dei ragazzi con i materassi un po molli altrimenti sarebbe stato perfetto. Il tram passa proprio davanti all'hotel. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti e ci sono diverse soluzioni per il parcheggio dell'auto. Alla reception c'è anche una signora che parla italiano che con gentilezza dispensa anche utili consigli.

Le recensioni non sempre positive mi avevano realmente preoccupato. Tuttavia i 3 giorni passati nella struttura si sono rivelati gradevoli e la stanza era semplice ma pulita. Colazione e cena, comprese nel pacchetto, erano anch'esse adeguate al tipo di sistemazione. Il personale alla reception sempre gentile; la posizione è vicina al centro e alle fermate dei mezzi. La quasi totalità dei clienti sono studenti in gita scolastica quindi sino a tarda ora si sente una certa euforia nei corridoi.

Un hotel d'arte accogliente. Tutto si sente molto nuovo! La camera era super bello e decorata/lucidata bene. Il bagno era più che decente. Aveva 24x7 caffè e acqua che era grande. La stazione U Bahn è molto vicina, che è un salto dalla stazione centrale per accedere ai treni locali, regionali e a lunga distanza.

Ibis Hotels sind ja grundsätzlich etwas einfacher gehalten in der Ausstattung. Dieses Ibis ist aber sehr modern eingerichtet und noch relativ neu. Die Betten sind super bequem und ich hatte ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, wodurch es wunderbar ruhig war. Zum Umweltschutz kann man freiwillig auf seine Zimmerreinigung verzichten und erhält dafür einen Getränkegutschein für die Bar. Eine tolle Idee! :) Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Mir hat besonders die Waffel Station gefallen, an der man sich frische Waffeln selbst machen kann. Das Hotel hat eine Bar, die 24h geöffnet ist und die am Abend gut besucht war. Es war gerade eine irische Reisegruppe im Haus, wodurch eine tolle und internationale Stimmung herrschte :) Es gab auch einen Nussspender, der extra für das Hotel von einer Schreinerei hergestellt wurde. Tolle Idee und super hygienisch :) Ich mochte hier auch den persönlichen freundlichen Service der Mitarbeiter ganz besonders. Man merkt, dass sie Spaß haben! Es stehen viele Desinfektionsmittelspender bereit und insgesamt fand ich das Hotel sehr sauber.

Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, sauber und groß. Das Bad war sehr modern eingerichtet und ebenfalls sauber. Nachts konnten wir gut schlafen = es war kein Laut von drinnen (im Hotel) oder draußen zu vernehmen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend; alle Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfals freundlich. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der komische große Korb, der in unserem Zimmer stand = da bin ich Desnächtens im Dunklen öfter dagegen gerannt. Keine Ahnung, warum der dort steht (siehe Bild) = denn schön ist er nicht und einen besonderen Zweck erfüllt er auch nicht. Ich könnte gut darauf verzichten!

An un-planned two-night stay here, necessitated by the temporary failure of Lufthansa, was a pleasant experience as the hotel offered a large and comfortable room with great heating and good (if older) ensuite amenities. It doesn't look like 'posh' hotel, but it was comfortable and the location is great for the Hbf rail station -and for one of the nightlife areas. It isn't a long walk from the old town either. The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable.

1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Monaco. L'ingresso della stazione era proprio di fronte all'hotel, quindi era molto comodo, e c'erano supermercati e posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze, quindi era un'ottima posizione. Non ho avuto problemi perché uscivo, camminavo e dormivo tutti i giorni, ma non c'è né il frigorifero né il bollitore, quindi penso che dovrei comprare del cibo o portare con me un bollitore ogni volta. Abbiamo soggiornato in inverno, quindi andava bene, ma sembra che non ci sia l'aria condizionata, quindi soggiornare in estate potrebbe essere un po' difficile. La colazione era lo stesso menu ogni giorno, ma abbiamo apprezzato un'ampia varietà di prosciutto e formaggio. Parlando di Monaco mi ha fatto piacere sapere che c'era anche la salsiccia bianca. Grazie mille.

Posizione perfetta: si arriva in centro a Monaco in 20mins di passeggiata. Mezzi pubblici nelle strade antistanti l'hotel. Personale gentile e possibilita' di prendere bevande calde gratis 24/7 alla macchinetta della sala colazioni. Non tutto lo staff parlava inglese (ma e' un problema che abbiamo riscontrato ovunque a Monaco); la receptionist non sapeva dirci quanto costasse il parcheggio in strada e in quali fasce orarie si applicasse il pagamento; il posto in garage costa 9Euro al giorno. E' poco rispetto ai vari parcheggi coperti ma, quando ci hanno avvertiti che si era liberato un posto, nessuno ci ha informato del sovrapprezzo e al momento del conto nabbiamo ricevuto un'amara sorpresa. Abbiamo fatto rimuovere il lettino dalla stanza perche' lo spazio era davvero ristretto.

Uno di cui ho scoperto è che apparentemente il pulizia era troppo lato per uscire da qualche polvere un cestino perché lo metteva proprio sotto il mobilio che è sotto la TV. Mi dispiace, ma qualcosa del genere non dovrebbe succedere! Camera: ero felice con la stanza. Era grande e il mio letto era morbido e comodo. Ho dormito bene. Ciò che mi apprezzava molto è che il portatore delle tovaglie del bagno era riscaldato. E' piuttosto cool, ho incontrato qualcosa del genere la prima volta in un hotel. La TV era ok, quindi era la condizionamento d'aria. Stile è tipico per hotel/hotel d'affari mai. I mobili sembravano un po' sbattuti. Servizio: il personale era (principalmente) fantastico. Ho avuto tutto quello che avevo bisogno e l'ho preso rapidamente. Ti aiutano a ottenere tutte le informazioni sull'hotel che hai bisogno e sono stati molto amichevoli. Ciò che è un po' strano è che tutti i colleghi erano dalla Spagna. Credo che uno di loro parli tedesco, ma tutti gli altri parlavano inglese o spagnolo. Quindi non potevano fornire me qualche informazione che avevo bisogno di a Monaco. Questa è la prima volta che mi è successo qualcosa del genere in un hotel. Bar: Il bar è abbastanza freddo e le bevande sono buone. Un po' costoso, ma era OK per un tale hotel. Giacomo e Spa: Ci sono un giacomo e un spa, ma non ho avuto tempo di provarlo. In tutto ho avuto una buona esperienza e consiglierei l'hotel.
