Hotel in zona Colaba, Mumbai

Tutto ciò che riguarda il mio soggiorno alla Taj Tower è stato incredibile. Dal servizio impeccabile alla location. Rendendo il mio viaggio a Mumbai memorabile. Non esiterei a tornarci.

È stato un soggiorno lussuoso come previsto. Ne è valsa la pena. Stavo festeggiando il mio compleanno al Taj. Il soggiorno sarebbe potuto essere più piacevole se il servizio fosse stato un po' più veloce. A parte questo è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Probably cheapest offer in Colaba for a room with private bathroom. Location is perfect. AC and shower are fine but no shampoo or soap provided Breakfast is just toasts with jam.

A very compact hotel in the most expensive area with comfortable pricing. The room was comfortable and clean with very supporting staff. The stay was an emergency booking as I had to stay at gateway of India for an early morning meeting. The hotel was the only option available as Taj Palace was on no availability status. Hotels of the same rating were not available and this came up as an only opting. It turned out to be very cost effective, clean and approachable. A great deal in total.

The location is good but the maintenance of the property and the cleanliness of washrooms and hospitality of visitors need much improvement because the tariff is higher than peer Hotels like Diplomat and Astoria but the amenities which are provided or not matching with the price

1 . The staff was courteous and helpful 2. Cleanliness was praiseworthy 3. Rooms are spacious and cooling was sufficient with good natural light 4. Complementary breakfast has chance for approval.

Удобное расположение, близко к основным достопримечательностям. Очень приятный и внимательный персонал, всегда можно попросить воду, печенье, помогли с обменом денег. Хостел находится в симпатичном старом здании. Комната маленькая, в основном все занимает кровать, сама кровать удобная, чистое белье, ванная комната нормально оборудовано. Дороговато за небольшую комнату в хостеле, но проживание было комфортным и приятным

Let me start by saying the description of the size of the room was misleading. It is described as a 30m2 room but what I got was not even half that size. On the plus side, the hotel is really close to the Gateway of India right on the heart of Colabra. There are plenty of eating and shopping options. On the minus side, the room was on the small side. There were not enough powers outlets but the few that were in the room were universal plugs. There was also no table to work from in the room. Last but most importantly, I think the room and facility did not justify the hefty price tag that came with it.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the market, sea, etc... The room was a bit on the small side, especially for the price, but it was clean. Staff is friendly and always happy to assist. The only downside, as with many Indian hotels, is that ordering a taxi is extremely expensive, and one is better oof ordering an Ola or Uber. But, in all, very comfortable bed, quiet and nice Hotel. Definitly would come back here

Превосходный отель, в трех минутах от Ворот в Индию, в пешей доступности от всех знаменитых достопримечательностей. Нам достался отличный чистый номер на втором этаже, небольшой, со всеми удобствами. В номере есть чайник, вода пополняется каждый день, есть чай, кофе в пакетиках. В ванной комнате хорошее наполнение косметических принадлежностей: шампунь/гель/бальзам/лосьон, шапочки для руша, маленькая расческа и наборчик из пилки, лейкопластыря и ватных шариков и палочек. Персонал хорошо говорит на английском, очень доброжелательные, бесплатно и без проблем заселили в 9 утра, спросили во сколько будет удобно выехать. Мы сказали в 14 часов и они без всяких вопросов с удовольствием согласились. Просто превосходное отношение к гостям! Завтрак понравился, жарят свежие яйца на любой вкус, а так же разнообразный стол: много сендвичей с овощами, индийские блюда, превосходный сыр (в том числе плавленые пластинки), вкусный кофе из кофемашины, свежевыжатый соки! Отель однозначно один из лучших а этом районе!❤️
