Fabhotel Embassy Park BKC

My initial booking was from 18th-21st March. Due to some emergency, i was not able to fly to Mumbai. Even after changing the date, i was told it was not. This happened after I got an mail from hotel side, i was charged 25% of the advance. So i rebooked again paid full amount. It's mentioned in the web it's 3 star hotel. However this hotel sorry this shouldnt mention as hotel, its worst than hostel or any cheap dirty lodge. There are certain criteria that needs to follow in order to get the star. This dirty old building has no facilities as star hotel. First of all when i was coming to the hotel from the road, loads of garbages to welcome the guests with few street dogs and dirty water on the way to the hotel. As mentioned it's part of an old and dirty building. So it has no welcoming desk or someone to assist with luggage. Somehow managed to go the desk which is doing the check in. They were not able to do the credit card payment. Imagine in 2022, A 3 STAR hotel doesn't have CC payment facilities. So need to get cash from outside to pay. Room entry disaster: To my surprise, when i enter the room, so many mosquito 🦟 around and i almost killed around 20 of them. And a boy came and helped me to killed the rest. Room facilities disaster: All bed lines were so dirty with stain, some are blood stain. There was only 1 dirty hanger in the cupboard. No place to keep the luggage. So i kept on a chair. TV has very few local channels. And it was not operating from the bed. Need to go near to the TV. There was a tissue box, which has few pieces of tissues. Floor were dirty. And the plug point was not working, as when inserts the plug, it was not working, due to the stupid design. Bothroom facilities disaster: No hot water, no shower, no shower curtain, no toilet tissue roll, 1 small medimix soap and small shampoo was provided. So need to take shower with small bucket and mug with cold water. There were always mosquitos in the toilet. Glad i kept the door closed always. WC was so dirty. The entire bathroom was dirty as no one can imagine. 3 days stay disaster: No room cleaning on these 3 days, no refill of water, or linen replacement. No clean of toilet or anything. Basically no one enter thr room for the 3 nights of my stay. So no cleaning or whatsoever happey. Im glad i didn't eat anything there. Even my room was included with the breakfast. After seeing the their kitchen and their hygienic process. I was almost vomitting even without eating. God bless the people who eat there. I ate my meals outside. There were always mosquitos killing sound through the electric bat and kitchen noise, as my room was next to the kitchen. OVERALL THIS WAS THE WORST STAY I HAD IN MY LIFE. WORST WORST.
