This hotel is not maintained well…Eight years back, i had stayed here…This time, the hotel has become a lodge….Don’t be fooled by the pictures in their website….it can be considered only as one or two star lodge….Staffs are all Kannada speaking people…they are very friendly and helpful…Last time, when i stayed here i had complained, the crow use to steal our food in the open terrace restaurant….now they have covered the restaurant and safe from the crows nuisance….Rooms and Bed Linens are dirty…Overall the hotel is dusty and not kept clean…The hotel is located in the busy area of Santa Cruz market….very crowded….Walkable distance is the Santacruz railway station….You can get the Western and Harbour line of Mumbai Suburban Railway…

when I entered the hotel first day I smelled strong kerosine odour which is normally used to kill the bugs but they lied to tell me that they are painting the rooms . Twice complained . The room a/c is old . Hotel in crowded place so lot of noise , its not their fault .

Good hotel near to Santacruz suburban station. The rooms and bathrooms are neat compared to other hotels. The staff is friendly and did housekeeping everyday which is pretty much appreciated. The only downside is that this area is very crowded.

El hotel es media categoria, la habitacion es linda, limpia, aunque se podria mejorar. El personal fue siempre muy amable conmigo. Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, de la estacion de tren y a 200 mts hay un mercado local donde se consigue de todo.
