I would say the Lalit was average. The services were average, the breakfast was awful and the service at breakfast was glacial. I would not stay there again.

Lalit Mumbai was a delight to stay. Have stayed at Lalit Delhi and Lalit Udaipur before and have always had great experiences with this chain of hotels. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. We extended our checkout for late flight with ease. Thank you for your hospitality

Hotel room size was good ***** with staff But breakfast was mediocre at best

Concierge was very helpful. Service at Front Desk is alright. Some are very helpful. Buffet breakfast can be better. In terms of service, food variety and food taste.

main concern was the AC It was not working at all I have even informed the receptionist and the Manager also, there was no action at all

Good food, nice big rooms and near to the airport

None of the plugs worked. I waited for 20 min waiting on the door of the room because also the phone was out of service. Moreover the bathroom has door hard to close, all water split out. A nightmare. Moreover, the guy took my card into a room without my permission. Crazy
