The hotel is in good location near railway station.
Food and market is close to hotel.
Service is ok but room is not clean much.
Air condition and shower are good condition.

The room is in poor condition, no water bottle, hot kitten provide, hot water working as well. The room can't soundproof from the other room.If you book with breakfast,they will buy a food from another restaurant and serve you to eat on your room, better go to restaurant yourself. they have elevator but need a service *** to control the door and sometimes he not at the place so I need to walk through the ladder which very dark & dirty. The rubber tiles in poor condition and have water underground. This surround is full of restaurant and just walk 10 minute to CSMT train station.

Here's a sample bad review: *1/5 - disappointing stay at hotel oasis, mumbai* i recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel oasis in mumbai, and i must say it was a huge letdown. the room i booked was supposed to be a deluxe room with modern amenities, but what i got was a cramped, outdated room with broken furniture and a dirty bathroom. The bed was creaky, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. Overall, my stay at hotel oasis was a disaster, and i would not recommend it to anyone. outdated and dirty rooms, broken furniture, unfriendly staff, poor amenities

It was worse. A small space which you people call 'room' with no amenities was given to me that too on so much high price. It's all your fault because you guys charge your fee in tons and that's why i costed me so high i found out that room the hotel people rent out at 1400 and you provided me same room at 3627 after applying discount. I think your app is unnecessary and one more junk in junkyard so find some other job and throw this app.

Not so worth for that rate. Location is good but not this hotel. The bath towel and sheets must be look into it. It looks very old and used for long period.

One of the worst experience. The staff was rude, literally rude. The bathroom were stinking like hell. The beds were very bad. This is way very bad and cannot be terms as a hotel. Worst worst too worst. They took 5800 and this is not worth. The hotel is worth 1200- max. Total theft and misuse of trust by mmt

Hotel has cockroach infestation. Dirty rooms, uncleaned beddings. A 1 star hotel to be honest. Ac doesn't work well as well.
