One hairdryer services an entire hotel, passed from room to room. I kid you not. The furniture in the room is as old as the building itself which is both disappointing and fascinating at the same time. For the price, one would expect 24 hours hot water and at least a decent cleaning.

Property need renovation, too much old property, smell is coming of sea, room need renovation too, all over good stay

Very small room with pillar inbetween, very very old building with torn out wall, bathrooms, fittings and bed. Old window ac working directly with out any control, no tv set up box just cables laying for 24" wall hag tv. Dead telephone, we need to go reception to talk every time. Sticky floors. No tissue in bathroom had to request for one. Had terrible experience

Location is great but the rooms need to be renovated. Bathrooms are in bad shape. Look like they were last renovated 30 years ago.

Very bad experience very bad hotel no facility available no tea bags available in room, no towel in room, no socket for electric kettles how to use. No almirah nothing available facility in room room telephone out of service no bell in room service totally disaster only location is good but no facility for the guest available very ordinary restaurant waiting room in totality very bad experience. Tab are not working properly you have to wrestling with taps to for open or close please please make my trip send their team and check the hotel facilities very very bad experience

It is too costly according to the facilities they provide. Room structure and amenities are too old and lot of work is needed to be done. The bathroom door's lock was not working and there was even water leaking from the tap. Even the floor was not cleaned properly. Although the breakfast menu was limited, it's taste and quality of food was good.

Booked a stay for a friend . Disappointed! Room was unclean with stains on furniture and carpets. Seemed unhygienic and poorly maintained. Visible wear and tear added to the discomfort. Expected better for the price. Wouldn't recommend to others seeking a clean and comfortable stay.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent hotel booking. The details of the booking are as follows: I spent ₹7000 for one night at this hotel, expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The hotel was in a deplorable condition, with the following issues: 1. **Terrible Service:** There was no service available at the hotel. 2. **Poor Bathroom Condition:** The bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. 3. **Lack of Facilities:** There were no basic facilities provided. 4. **Overall Poor Quality:** The hotel did not meet any acceptable standard of hospitality. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I checked out early in the morning at 5 AM after only staying for 8 hours.
