Hotel Gold Coast

We are new to mumbai, so i called to hotel number and asked the address. He asked the details and i said we booked from makemytrip he said i will check and he cut the call we called him again he didn't pick the call. We waited at the airport for 1. 30 minutes with my two year old kid. We reached and we called you about your booking the management answered us carelessly and he make us waiting because we booked hotel from make my trip. They are received nicely how came directly in front of us. The room is not good and smells. He charged us extra money for half an hour late check out. Its my first time in mumbai its worse experien.

Room what ever given to us is not the size mentioned during booking-confirmation. During my stay receptionist told that plumber needs to come to room for plumbing work. As well as a/c mechanic

I had booked the hotel and confirm with them for early check in. But, when i went to the hotel they refused to give me room early and after lots of fighting they provide us a 3rd class room and told us to change that room after 12pm. When we ask them for other room after 12pm, they told us room still not available. Finally they provide us room at 7:30pm in the evening. Night staff is very rude in nature.

I have booked 3 beds for the stay of 3 persons and full cash remitted in advance at the time of my booking. But the hotel authorities showed a small 2 beded room and willing to provide me an additional bed on the floor. Hence i was compelled to take another room with huge extra cost

Worst hotel and room quality. This shouldn’t be listed in makemytrip. For family and an individual, this isn’t the suitable class of hotel to stay. Not recommended from my opinion.

Room booked was given to someone else. Later in some small room they adjusted for a day. No dinner and lunch given. Room not cleaned daily, worst maintenance.
