If, during your stay, the room you have been allocated does not meet your expectations, our reception will be happy to offer you a room that does, subject to availability. During your stay, we experienced water damage and we are sorry that this had an impact on your stay. Our team has contacted the relevant departments to resolve the problem. The problem was solved in the morning and we are once again sorry for the impact it had. Please note that if our private parking is full, the reception will be happy to direct you to the nearest parking lots, which are less than a 5-minute walk from our hotel.
