____________________ LA SITUATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE ---------- Très bien situé, au nord du centre ville de Mulhouse. A 5 min à pied de l'office de tourisme et donc en moins de 10 minutes à pied vous êtes dans l'hypercentre. Situé au bord d'une des routes principales de Mulhouse mais environnement correct la nuit. Arrêt de tram juste en face pour aller par exemple à la cité de l'automobile et du train. Nombreux commerces/restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel. ____________________ L'HOTEL ET L'ACCUEIL ---------- Hôtel tout à fait au standard B&B, très bon accueil 24/24. Le check-in se fait rapidement, ascenseur pour accéder aux étages. ____________________ LA CHAMBRE ---------- Chambre tout à fait classique B&B, pas grand chose à redire, vous trouverez TV, penderie, bureau, produits, linge de toilette etc. L'ensemble est propre, y compris la salle de bain. Comme dans tous les B&B, la douche est assez mal conçue et on mouille toujours tout l'extérieur. Calme la nuit donc on s'y repose bien ! ____________________ LA RESTAURATION ---------- Le service de petit déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet sucré/salé. Idem du standard B&B très bien. On apprécie le fait que le personnel vérifie régulièrement si rien est vide, et nettoie très régulièrement les ustensiles. Cependant attention, l'hôtel est très régulièrement occupé par des groupes de touristes ! Il faut s'attendre à parfois trouver la salle de petit déjeuner pleine donc vraiment pas top, il faut arriver avant ou revenir plus tard. ____________________ RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX ET LES SERVICES ---------- Très bon rapport qualité/prix, et au vu de la situation. Comme dans tout B&B récent, à la réception on trouve distributeur et micro-ondes. Le wifi est gratuit et fonctionne bien. Un parking payant est disponible mais n'est pas à l'hôtel, mais dans un bâtiment de bureau en face, pas super évident à trouver la première fois mais ça va, il faut juste traverser la route entre le parking et l'hôtel ensuite avec vos bagages. ____________________ EN RÉSUMÉ ---------- Un très bon hôtel, bien entretenu, standard B&B, très bien situé à quelques minutes seulement de l'hypercentre de Mulhouse ! Parfait pour le tourisme du coup. Chambres, service et petit déjeuner conforme au standard B&B, c'est propre. Attendez vous juste à croiser souvent des groupes de touristes séjournant dans l'hôtel, avec le brouhaha classique et la salle de petit déjeuner complet.

Easy access to the accommodation from the cycling route near a big shopping center. Clean rooms with heating and air-conditioning and either a double or 2 single beds, Thank you very much for helping me after the accident. I can recommend the hotel to everyone.

Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, tutto è pulito e vicino al centro, quindi tutto è perfetto. A parte questo, la camera è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La camera dispone di cucina e bagno. Successivamente, abbiamo fatto una colazione molto gustosa. L'hotel offre una tipica colazione francese, con croissant, caffè e formaggio. 👍😊

Era molto piacevole per stare lì. Per i bambini è stato bello per raffreddare. E la stanza in cui ci siamo trasferiti era molto pulita. Certamente un consigliere ...

This was a perfect hotel for us when we wanted an overnight stop on our way from Italy to the UK. Just a few minutes from the motorway & easy to locate. Yes it is basic but for the price it is excellent. It was clean, the shower was good & the bed was comfortable, all you need for an overnight pit-stop. The hotel restaurant was closed when we were there but there is a bar/restaurant a two minute walk away where we had dinner. We didn't stop for breakfast as we wanted to get on the way & we had food with us.

Very nice hotel for a short city break, close to all facilities, easy parking outside and around the hotel. Good reception from the owner, David, pleasant room for 3 people with breakfast included at a VERY reasonable price. Room was very clean, bathroom was good, breakfast continental style with eggs if requested. Mulhouse is well worth a visit with their train and automobile museums

Ho soggiornato per quasi una settimana in questo hotel con mio marito e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal mercatino natalizio di Mulhouse e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, fondamentale per noi, perché ci interessava girare i mercatini natalizi dell'Alsazia. Personale molto gentile, camera pulita e comoda, insomma per noi è stata la soluzione ideale come base per il nostro tour alsaziano.

La ricezione e il bar sono stati prenotati per una notte, ma mentre mangiamo un pasto nel bar di Charlie, siamo stati rubati dai rumeni mentre sul tavolo rubavano il mio telefono cellulare che aveva riuscito a entrare nell'hotel e nel bar. La ricezione notturna sembrava non voler chiamare la polizia, ma dopo qualche richiesta, la polizia francese (5 di loro) è arrivata molto rapidamente, guardando la CCTV e prendendo tutti i dettagli che identificavano i sospetti come rumeni. Ci dicendo che hanno un problema nella zona, una vergogna per una bella città, e la mattina pensavamo che la ricezione avrebbe potuto commentare ciò che era avvenuto, ma sembra che il personale notturno non li avesse informati di nulla. La polizia francese ha preso la situazione seriamente e abbiamo fatto una dichiarazione completa con loro questa mattina, se solo l'hotel aveva mostrato la stessa cosa.

Molto ben situato. Di fronte alla stazione, bella vista sul canale. Colazione costosa e vari. Grande colazione sala per godere della vista sul canale. Grande camera con grande letto e bagno piacevole, biancheria da bagno. Bemol ho chiesto che mi fossero date nuove tovaglie, la signora (probabilmente soffocata, troppo lavoro) ha messo le tovaglie sul pavimento mentre tornavo a mettere una borsa nella stanza. Inoltre, dopo aver prenotato via la piattaforma trip, l'accoglienza non sapeva che tutto era stato risolto quindi attentamente a voi, guardare bene sulla vostra applicazione ciò che avete già pagato con e-mail di conferma a sostegno.
