I will try to be nice as a
Globe trotter I do understand different cultures and way of hosting customers.
If you do not speak Thai I would not suggest to go in this place .
My check in was not very welcoming but at least I did check in .
I am Doctor which travel mostly for work.
The second day the was a man maybe the Owner I do not who he was but he asked me to move in another room :-) or I I had to pay extra money .
I said ok I want to stick with what I paid for .
All this with the translator:-)
At the end this a bit old man decided do not move the nice doctor and keep him where he was supposed to stay :-)
To understand what time THE BREAKFAST WAS I got 2 days :)
Breakfast was only toast and marmalade:-)
Coffe and that’s it :-) .
I used grab the app a lot :-)
It was very useful:-) lol ..
After a few talking with all the members of the staff ,an Thai angel which could speak English she helped me a lot with everything on my stay ..
She was very nice on the phone and put herself for help and translate if needed :-)
Anyway then the old man became nice ,although he could not say one word in English and everything went nice ..
But now ,my Questions is ,how this app ,would not double check before advertising places like this HOTEL?that is not definitely an HOTEL but a place where to spend a night but at very low budget!!!
I would suggest the Owner of the hotel to work with local Thai people and not foreigners like me .
I am trying to be very nice with the Review but you cannot present that breakfast or ask for extra money like they did with me !!come on :)
You Should thanks me to have come to stay on that place !!!
I do not want to snob but sometimes we should not forget who we are and where we come from!!
Especially when you need customers coming in !!!
So fix the breakfast,put someone that speaks English and maybe you can deal with tourist !!
Otherwise take the place off from trip ,booking etc ..
